Penguin Books had a special place in British/Jewish propaganda after the First World War.
      Their buildings were based in Harmondsworth, on the western outskirts of London. The place seems rather insignificant today, but in fact had some historical importance. I'm tempted to suggest Alfred Harmsworth, an important newspaper owner (who was taught by H G Wells), had some connection with the town. There seem to be no accounts of why that area was picked. It was somewhat remote, without a rail connection. It was near a small airfield, which may have been important for transatlantic travel, but the full development as London Airport, and later Heathrow, was some years in the future, after Penguin started. Many years ago I worked at their computer, warehousing and distribution centre, and still have some free pulp copies. They ran a coach from a tube stop to the building.
      A persistent story says that Allen Lane, after a visit to Agatha Christie in south-west England, was inspired to publish cheap paperbacks after being displeased by railway book offerings. The Christie connection may have been very important; see Miles Mathis' interesting piece agatha.pdf. Penguin became overtly propagandist, but in the persistent Jewish media ownership fashion this was not obvious at the time. It was allegedly based on a publishing company called something like Albatross Books in Germany. Probably this would produce war propaganda in Germany, designed to provoke war, but help Germany lose.       I should at this point provide explicit evidence of Jewish connections: Allen Lane looks a typical crypto-jew, 'crypto' in the sense of hiding his 'chosen' status. The printers Purnell and Sons (from Somerset etc) and Richard Clay (from Suffolk etc) both fit the profile of expansion by money. By 1940, Penguin added a US branch—or holding company; I don't know—at 41 East 28th Street, New York. Probably this allowed US printed money to discreetly shore up Penguin Books. Probably this (plus advertising) is how the prices were kept down to an unbeatable level. It appears to be a fact that Allen Lane destroyed an entire print-run of cartoons by a Jew-aware Frenchman, nicknamed Siné. Have you heard of him? I'd guess not.
      Hardback books were, as now, overpriced in terms of cost. So, much of Penguin's business was in reprinting established hardbacked books in paperback, aided by their cheap and modern printing and binding. In fact, Penguin started as a reprinting system for the Bodley Head a publisher I think in Oxford. Somewhat like the BBC when in TV mode, the occasional relative high quality output helped conceal the propaganda. Germany, France, and USA all did much the same.
      Penguin Books were not of course the only propagandists. However, they sold presumably in large quantities, making it possible for interested people to own their own copies. Penguin Book. 1938 & probably other dates

The ‘Spanish Civil War’ was presented by the media as a huge conflict, with many atrocities and horrors. It may be that it was a distraction, which sometimes happens: the official dates now are 1932 to 1933 Ukrainian famine. Abyssinia Crisis, 1935-36. Spanish Civil War, 1936-9. So the distraction idea seems not very plausible.

Many authors were in Spain at the time. George Orwell was one. His book on Spain was Homage to Catalonia. T R Fyvel wrote on Orwell. W G Carr in Pawns in the Game wrote much more convincingly than Orwell. Hemingway was there. Claud Cockburn was there.
      So was Arthur Koestler, whose jailing may simply have been a Jewish propaganda move.

The intellectual landscape of the World Wars is slowly changing; very likely, too slowly. Let me give an example from my own experience: Martinez (of The Martinez Perspective) detests people supporting the Palestinians; he says Arabs occupied Spain for about 700 years, used by Jews as thugs. I simply hadn't thought of that, though I knew the phenomena making up the composite picture.
      Similarly, the domination of Jews should put a new light on 1930s Spain. And on Portugal was a separte Jew base from Spain. Certainly it's why Penguin books had a one-sided 'special' on Spain.

The authoress was one of the first woman MPs (who was opposed to votes for women) and educated in music. Her book is an account in 18 chapters (XVII, INSURGENT RULE, being very long). The front cover announces ‘The historical background AIMS AND METHODS OF THE TWO SIDES’, but in fact says little, apart from inserting the idea that there were exactly two sides. She dedicates it to Spaniards fighting or toiling for national independence and democratic government. She doesn't define or describe 'democracy', unsurprisingly; for example, what should be done with Rio Tinto Zinc? How should a country be modernised democratically?
      She seems honest in her attempts to discover things, but of course had no inside information on such things as money flows and business dealings and weaponry. Her chapters have the standard 'news' feel—Fall of the Monarchy, First Republican government, setting back the clock, alleged Communist plot, non-intervention policy, and so on. There is endless detail, which may be discussed or years, with very little effect. This of course is well-suited to propagandists, including ordinary religious persons and teachers.

I'll ignore most of the detail, and start by looking at modern revisionist examination of the period to the end of the Second World War. The best and most consistent account known to me is by hexzane527. Hexzane appears to be French. I know nothing about him (or her, or them) though his methodology is to assume most of the top characters are Jews, then construct their motives. (Hexzane views all European countries, the USSR, and the USA, as dominated by Jews. Franco, Salazar, and (recently) Saddam Hussein and Gaddafi were Jews too). This methodology is more or less what newly Jew-aware people have to do, though it needs technical knowledge which is often lacking. In the case of Spain, an important issue is who controls Gibraltar, something Spaniards are unlikely to forget, since they were invaded and occupied for 700 years by north Africans, ideologically unified by Islam, itself promoted by Jews.
      I recommend (in not excellent English) Hexzane527 on Franco and Salazar. Hexzane527 considers the question of Spanish neutrality and decides the intention was to keep Hitler out of Gibraltar, so that ultimately the 'Allies' would keep the Med. But the story was that Hitler may have won. (Look at Germany on a map to see what chance there was of that). So Franco must have known the ultimate outcome; if Jews controlled all the countries, this was likely to occur.

Now let's look back at Portuguese and Spanish history. Almost all this is not known to the Countess of Atholl. (Even if she did, the book is unindexed). But a lot is important.

• Early Spain at the time of the Roman Empire was divided into regions, presumably city states, of considerable variety, though many places were arid. I've not found how Portugal stayed separate. Even then there was Jewish influence. There must have been violent attempts at Christianisation, with the usual collaboration with locals wanting careers, but after Rome fell and was no parasitable Jews invented Islam and supervised the invasion of Spain. Don't expect them to sympathise with Palestinians!
• Debate on contributions to civilisation by race exist, but are less interesting than might be expected. A fairly modern example is Joseph McCabe's book The Splendour of Moorish Spain (1935) by a Jew-naive anti-Roman-Catholic, which looks propagandist to me, as it is very light on source material. Guide to the Perplexed by Maimonides—a Europeanised name, dating from the Middle Ages, and with Arabic, Jewish, and Greek roots, suggests Arabic contributions. So does the claim that Arabs translated ancient Greek books.
        The Jewish addiction to lying about civilisation doesn't help to judge these things; probably there was a lot of simple theft.
• Expulsion of Jews and Moors, and the Spanish Inquisition took place after Columbus and others converted the New World from dream to reality. In my views, Jews saw that Europeans would be better shipbuilders and colonists than Moslems, and switched their allegiance, as they did later to the Netherlands, France, and England, in sequence. I doubt whether the expulsion could have been very complete. But it seems certain that ‘marranos’—pigs—remained.
• To this day there is immense confusion over Spain and Portugal, much of it due to Jews. For example, the Spanish Inquisition is widely regarded by Protestant propagandists as horrifyingly cruel. Another example is Cuba, where Jews such as Castro allowed the myth of the 'Cuba Crisis' to worry Americans. Another example is race mixing in Portugal, where (I believe) landowners were force to interbreed with Jews, or south Americans,—depending on what you read.
        There's a complicated vocabulary: mulatto, mestizo, chicano, latino, hispanic. There are many whites in Uruguay and Argentina. all this means of course that outsiders aren't likely to get the full picture.
• Catholicism in Spain seems to have had different arrangements with Jews and loans. The Duchess writes (page 19) of a 'widespread but illegal practice'. But with I suppose al propaganda texts, there's not much overview: is there a central bank? What did the church own? How fertile is the land?
• Spain and Britain at war. Some 'Shakespeare' plays are nationalistic against Spain: see this piece on the Anglo-Spanish War. This was during Elizabeth I's time; her line faded out after the Netherlands invasion ('Civil War'). Nothing of this could perhaps be expected of the Duchess of Atholl. Her book is rather an account of follies and poverty and sullen uprisings and failed attempts at reform. And, in particular, Jewish plots are completely omitted.

Conclusion

The book is not a searchlight; more like a dim candle. In the translated words of Hexzane527, ‘The fact that the civil war opposed kinds of fascists against communists allows Jewish leaders to explain why democracies didn't intervened, and even why they let Franco win. The official explanation is that they didn't want a communist country in Spain. Thus, they let Franco win. So, the rise of these two specific camps was of course also staged.’ He's saying that 'fascists' and 'communists' were both staged by Jews, just as Jewish-run 'Conservative' and Jewish-run 'Labour' parties, are each controlled opposition. A newer US version is 'Black Lives Matter' and parts of the 'Republicans', which are of course Jew controlled.

It's fairly obvious now that Penguin Special S4 is just one small part of an immense propaganda push for war, white goyim being the anticipated victims, other goyim to be victims too in an unfocused way, and Jews being the anticipated beneficiaries, plus collaborators who were to be tolerated and used.
      Jews won the Second World War is a startling idea to many people. I hope it will be explored in great detail. New modifications to legal systems are necessary. So is strategic thinking, to add a distributed nation to the checkerboard map of the world. If nothing is done, the world will sink, competence will become rarer, distress will increase, and fanatical separatists, pursuing what they think are their real interests, will try to rule the chaos.
