The Origins of Usury
PEOPLE are increasingly aware that there is a great deal wrong with the world, and that every aspect of life seems to have deteriorated since World War II. Although it is now obvious that this deterioration could not have happened by chance, the catch-phrase: "I don't believe in the Conspiracy Theory" is frequently heard if the role of the international bankers is questioned, while people who touch on sensitive matters are denounced as "anti-semitic".
      We could begin by asking: just what is meant by the term "anti-semitism"? Strictly speaking it should mean some form of attack on people who are semitic by those who are not semitic. Currently it is being used in a quite different way: as an offensive weapon, based on a falsehood. To understand this use of the term we must consider the historic background.
      From the anthropological point of view, a person is semitic if they have a low cephalic index, this being the way of describing the shape of the skull. In considering the recent geographical distribution of the semitic races we have to go to anthropological data from the years before the current race mixing, by a combination of immigration and refugee policies, had been launched. That is, we have to consult publications from the end of the last century and the beginning of the present one—books such as The Races of Europe, based on lectures given by William Ripley in 1896, and Race and History by Eugene Pittard (1926).
      Abraham and his descendants were and are semitic. As might be expected, the Arab races descended from Ishmael, the son of Abraham and Agar, are semitic. The indigenous inhabitants of the British Isles, together with many people in North-West Europe, the Iberian Peninsula and Southern Italy are also semitic. At first sight this might seem surprising, until one remembers that Abraham's descendants through Isaac, the son of his wife Sarah, and Isaac's son Jacob, split into two nations, Israel and Judah, and that the Israelites were taken into captivity in about 720 BC, never to return to Palestine. Members of the British Israelite organisation have attempted to trace the movements of those ten tribes, and the distribution they have worked out is in good agreement with the distribution of semitic people in Europe.
      It is also in keeping with the promise made by God to Abraham: "... you will become the father of many nations" (Genesis 17, 4-6). Judah did not split into separate nations. The theological teaching on that promise makes a somewhat different point. Christ, through His mother, was a descendant of Abraham, and the Christian Church He founded, whose members partake of the Eucharist—His body and blood (Matthew 26, 26-28)—is described as the "Body of Christ" (e.g. Acts 9, 4-5; Corinthians 12, 12-13). That Church has spread to all nations.
      The Hebrew people, the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, were know as "The Chosen Race", because the promised Messiah was to be born into that race. When Israel and Judah split, that honour went to Judah, through the descendants of David, and in due course Christ was born. The events surrounding His birth and life made it abundantly clear that it was He of whom the prophets had spoken, and that the Covenant that God had made with Moses was replaced by a new Covenant. This had been foretold by Jeremiah (31,31-34), and was explained by St. Paul in his Epistle to the Hebrews. After the Resurrection the Judean—or Jewish—people were divided. All the first Christians were Jews, but the Jewish leaders, the Pharisees and Sadducees, had rejected Him. They persisted in maintaining that the Messiah was yet to come, and would be an earthly and not a heavenly king. Others of the Jews followed their lead. And so the Jewish religion, almost as we know it today, carried on. Almost, but not quite...
      The law of God, as revealed to Moses, was summarised in the Ten Commandments. But the Pharisees had added many detailed laws that were not in accord with the will of God. (As a parallel, we could compare the centuries-old English Common Law, that is based on Christian morality, with the current detailed statutory laws, an ever-increasing number of which emanate from the European Community and are frequently based on lies and falsehood—Annex A [Christopher Booker on EU absurdities; I've not bothered with this - rerevisionist]. During Christ's three years of public ministry He repeatedly condemned those detailed additional man-made laws. Later the two main sources of Jewish "law" were the Torah, based on the law of Moses, and the Talmud, based on the additional laws of the Pharisees.
      The law of the Pharisees was originally an Oral Code that was put into writing in the 3rd and 4th centuries AD. It is known as the 'Jerusalem' Talmud. In the 5th Century it was superseded by the 'Babylonian' Talmud, a complex series of volumes with more discussion and a smaller proportion of precise statements. It is this 'Babylonian' Talmud that is now generally referred to as "The Talmud". Being based on the teachings of the minority of Jews who were responsible for the Crucifixion it is anti-Christian, in some places fanatically so. Some of its moral precepts are also incompatible, not only with Christian morality, but also with the Ten Commandments that were given by God to Moses.
      Since the sacking of Jerusalem in 70 AD there has not been a Jewish state, but only a Jewish religion. Others besides the descendants of the Hebrews came to believe that there will be an earthly Messiah who has not yet come. During the last millennium the Hebrews were outnumbered by Jews of other races. A meeting of the Sanhedrin was held in Paris in 1807, those taking part being Hebrew not non-Hebrew Jews. Their main conclusions were:-
      • The extinction of the Jewish nation was an accomplished fact.
      • The Jews would no longer look forward to a national revival.
      • Judaism from then on would exist only as a religion.
      • The Law did not distinguish between religious and civil law.
      • Since the nation no longer existed, the Talmudic laws of daily life were no longer relevant.
      • The Torah, as the law of faith, remained immutable.
      The Hebrew Jews are semitic, but the majority of present-day Jews are not. By the 1920s fewer than 20 per cent of the Jews were semitic, while about 80 per cent of the people who called themselves Jews had cephalic indices that were high, at the opposite end of the scale from the semitic. In a recent article (Church Times, 24-1-92) Bishop Hugh Montefiore wrote: "Shamir is busy peopling the West Bank with Russian Jews of non-semitic origin". Although Judaism is a religion, many of the race that is dominant in modern Judaism call themselves Jews, even though they would not appear to practice the Jewish religion. They still want what they perceive to be its advantages.
      That race with the very high cephalic index first came to notice in the Dark Ages. They settled in an area north of the Caspian Sea that was crossed by three of the world's then major trading routes, and charged 10 per cent tax on all goods passing through their territory. They soon became the richest nation. They were known as the Khazars (cf. The Thirteenth Tribe by Arthur Koestler). In due course they decided for political reasons to adopt the Jewish religion. It has been thought that they were at least partly responsible for provoking the invasions that led to the Crusades.
      It was after the Khazar influx that Jews began to indulge in large-scale usury, often pretending that it was because they could not get other jobs, but in fact so that they could get kings and rulers into their power. When we remember that Christ warned that one cannot serve both God and money (Matthew, 6, 24) it would seem that they fit the description in The Apocalypse: " ... The synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews, but are not". International banking, of the type developed in the 19th Century, is a development of usury but on a larger scale.
     
International Bankers Seek World Domination
During the first half of the 19th Century the international bankers revealed ambitions to be rulers of the world—dictators of a One World Government which is now referred to as "the New World Order".
      Federal Europe is meant to be the decisive step towards this. And so, when one reads the Treaty on European Union (the Maastricht Treaty) carefully, one finds that among many articles that are vague or have more than one meaning there are a few that are clear and precise. These provide for the Executive Council of the European Central Bank to have the sole right to issue currency and to authorise expenditure in a Europe of the Regions, in which there will no longer be national governments. That is why the British Government is now rushing ahead with the 'privatization' of all functions of government, ready to hand over our remaining assets to the six bankers/financiers on that Executive Council. By 1st January 1999 it will have become unlawful for the European Commission, the European Parliament or any other body to try to influence members of the Executive Council, while they will have security of tenure for at least eight years. They will also be given authority to formulate Community laws—that is, if the parliaments and people of Europe are foolish enough to ratify the Treaty.
      The international bankers had originally thought that they could gain control by financial means—i.e. by getting all the countries of the world into debt to them; introducing speculation, so as to gather into their own hands all the major industries of the world; and by control of currency and, when it suits their purpose, withdrawing much of it from circulation, as happened in 1929 and as is happening again now. By the middle of the 19th Century they realised that additional methods were required.
      Prominent among these methods is the control of fuels and strategic minerals. One such mineral was gold, used by the bankers in their financial manoeuvres. By the late 19th Century it had become apparent that South Africa was the main source of gold, and so the bankers decided to seize control of the goldfields. Their attempt was thwarted by Cecil Rhodes. They subsequently prevailed upon the then British Prime Minister, Joseph Chamberlain, to replace Rhodes by a bankers' agent, Milner, who launched the Boer war.
      By 1940 it had also been found that Rhodesia (named after Rhodes) and South Africa were almost the only sources of chromium and a number of other essential minerals, and so the bankers' agents who were to infiltrate Parliament were ordered to take action to destroy Rhodesia and South Africa. The destruction of Rhodesia was to be their single most important objective. (Vicious attacks on those who thwart them is a characteristic of these international bankers.) Over a decade later "apartheid" was decided on as the excuse for attacking South Africa. They never did have an excuse for attacking Rhodesia.
      The main sources of energy are coal, oil and electricity—coal and nuclear power being the main fuels used to generate electricity. The Rothschilds were very quick to realise the potential importance of electricity. Faraday conducted the original experiments in the 1820s. By the early 1830s the Rothschilds had acquired a world monopoly of mercury production—Faraday had used mercury switches—and its price escalated. They could not acquire a monopoly over coal, so the technique employed to limit its use is "environmental", in order to make it prohibitively expensive. Already the cost of implementing European Community "environmental" laws is well over £600,000,000 per power station. (Current British "environmental" legislation would seem to be designed to wreck the remains of our industry, and also agriculture.)

      Nuclear Power   After Cockroft and Walton's experiments on nuclear fission in 1932 the Rothschilds were just as quick to realise the potential of nuclear power. Within 20 years they had acquired the mines or mineral rights for about 80 per cent of the then known uranium deposits. By 1970 it was apparent that the world energy situation is such that by the middle of the next century fast reactors will be essential for electricity production. To start up a fast reactor between five and eight tons of plutonium are needed. Reprocessing is therefore equally essential. It was also apparent that the British-designed Dounreay fast reactors were by far the most successful, it being estimated that British nuclear development was about six to eight years ahead of the rest of the world. France lagged behind—their reactors are copies of an American-designed Pressurised Water Reactor (PWR). At their best, PWRs have never been as good as the British gas-cooled reactors and the Canadian 'Candu' reactor. It seemed that a PWR was only decided on for Sizewell so that British nuclear engineers could find ways of getting round some of the more obvious faults of the French reactors.
      Pressure groups were set up to attack the industry in each country that had developed nuclear energy, except for France. The most effective of these pressure groups has been the National Radiological Protection Board—ostensibly the official advisor to the British Government. They have based their recommendations on deliberately falsified and faked 'evidence', pretending that low doses of radiation cause cancer, whereas in fact they help to prevent it. Their false statements have been widely publicised, and legislation is based upon them. By the time of the Hinkley Point nuclear Inquiry in 1989 it was estimated that the British nuclear industry had spent over £4,500,000,000 on precautions against non-existent dangers.
      Despite repeated attacks upon it by the pressure groups, Sellafield remains the last rival to France in reprocessing; but from 1970 government ministers and officials have sought to hamper our fast reactor development. In 1979 a meeting of the relevant Cabinet committee, under Mrs. Thatcher, decided to strengthen our nuclear industry. At a meeting of the Steering Committee of the Bilderberg Group a few months later it was decided that the reverse should happen. Successive Secretaries of State for Energy have since implemented the Bilderberg decision.
      The Bilderberg Group is a high-powered pressure group set up by the Rothschilds and other international bankers to help achieve their objectives. Thus, at its 1955 meeting it had been decided that they should influence the development of nuclear energy "for the benefit of members". (After Mrs Thatcher had refused to agree to European monetary union British Conservatives at the May 1989 Bilderberg meeting were ordered to get rid of her and replace her by someone who would agree to it.)
      The French attempted to build a fast reactor based on the Dounreay design, but it has been a failure, and so Dounreay engineers were instructed to hand over their knowhow, and even do development work for the next fast reactor to be built in France. This work is Hearing completion, and our fast reactor programme is due to be abandoned, so giving French industry under Rothschild control, a world monopoly. Three firms have offered to pay to keep Dounreay and its fast reactor programme going, but Mr. Heseltine, Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, has refused to allow a rescue operation.

      Oil   This brings us to oil. The oil industry was started by Rockefeller in America in 1848. By the 1870s the French Edmond de Rothschild had arranged a meeting with Rockefeller to divide the world's oil between them. He then set about devising means to acquire the Middle East oil. The idea of a 'Jewish' national state was revived, and a start made by him arranging for groups of Jews to go as settlers in Palestine. (Orthodox Jewish teaching is that the Messiah will lead Jews back to the "Promised Land"—not that they would seize it in advance.) In the 1890s Zionism was launched, preparatory to the creation of the state misnamed "Israel", All the funds for the settlements and other developments came from the Rothschilds, but actually setting up the new state in 1948 required considerably more. Those funds came from reparations paid by Germany for the imaginary 'Holocaust', the number of "six million" having apparently been chosen to produce the required funds, even though the total number of Jews in Europe was only about half that—and most of those claimed individual compensation after the war.
      By the time Israel was set up the Iran and Iraq oilfields had been developed by the British and were to be handed over to the nationals of those two countries. The remaining Middle East oilfields had been developed by oil companies in less coherent and well established countries, and they have retained control. Kuwait had already been hived off from Iraq, in order that those companies could acquire a good port. It is not so much an independent state as an oil company colony. At the start of the Gulf War there were only about 100,000 people who had actually been born there. All the rest—about 2 million—were oil company employees or employed on its infrastructure. There was no fixed border between Iraq and Kuwait.
      In 1958 King Faisal II and other members of the Iraq Royal Family were murdered, together with the Prime Minister. Since then the country has been under a series of Presidents, none of whom handed over the oil. In 1972 the then President, Field Marshal Ahmad Hasan al Bakr, nationalized the oil industry. In 1975 U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger (a leading Bilderberger) produced a plan for dealing with the Middle East in general, and Iraq in particular. As well as establishing a strong and permanent military presence, it included the intention that opposition would be dealt with by "exterminating or expelling" the indigenous population. This was revealed in late 1990 by the former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia, James Akins, who had seen Kissinger's blueprint at the time. (Viewpoint Paper "New World Order?", December 1990.) Saddam Hussein did not become President until 1979.
      During 1989 preparations were made by President Bush and his associates for a "United Nations" invasion of Iraq, and when these were completed Saddam Hussein was conned into entering Kuwait (by means of the U.S. government giving clear diplomatic signals to Iraq that it would not react belligerently to an Iraqi entry into Kuwait). Saddam Hussein has been portrayed by Bush and the media as some kind of ogre, but this is hardly borne out by the facts. In the Gulf War the Iraq forces made no attempt to kill or injure American or British soldiers. Instead they attacked the properties of the oil companies whose greed, they thought, had led to the war.
      By contrast, the Americans killed and injured as many people as they could. Food, water, electricity and medical supplies, together with the civilian population—and even some Christian Churches—were treated as "military targets". Hussein's birthplace, Tiskit, that by no stretch of the imagination could be considered a military target, was totally destroyed, with half its population killed and most of the rest injured. When the ground advance took place the Iraqi supply lines had been targeted with the equivalent of 370,000 Scud missiles, so that they were without food, water or military supplies. As the Americans advanced they killed everyone they came across. It has been reported that 150,000 Iraqi soldiers were killed in a convoy carrying white flags, while more than 12,000 were buried alive. (British forces on the American's flank took all those they met prisoner, and gave them food and water.)

"War Crimes" Used as a Weapon
According to the media Saddam Hussein was a "war criminal". There would seem to be no hard facts to support that statement. Yet there has been no suggestion that the massacres carried out by the American forces should be described as "war crimes". It would seem that there is a peculiar selectivity about the events that are and are not described as "war crimes". The selective attacks on hospitals, in December 1961, by United Nations forces (during their attack on Katanga—an African state with valuable mineral deposits) were never so described. Similarly, in the civil war in the Sudan there have been large scale massacres of Christians in the south. Again the suggestion that these might be "war crimes" has not been raised.
      Yet the imaginary 'Holocaust' is so described. Germany, the victim of that fraud, has even passed a law making it a criminal offence to produce evidence that it was indeed a case of obtaining money under false pretences. The British Government has forced through a War Crimes Act (after it had been rejected by the House of Lords as being contrary to fundamental principles of English law) to promote the persecution of elderly men alleged to have committed such offences, while the Secretary of State for Education has made the teaching of the 'Holocaust' mythology in schools mandatory—after the evidence that it never took place became conclusive. And now we have the allegation that some Argentinian invaders who died fighting in the Falklands War were the victims of "war crimes". (The motive for that invasion would seem to have been that the Falklands should be taken over preparatory to becoming part of the South American Region of the intended One World.)
      Could it be that "war criminal" is really a term used for people whom the bankers wish to denigrate, and like "anti-semitism", is not used with its ostensible meaning? The planting and spreading of false rumours is a recognised weapon of war, and papers recently released by the Public Records Office give details of a variety of rumours launched by British Intelligence during World War II. Another example has been the disinformation put out by the Israeli intelligence service, Mossad, that resulted in the bombing of Libya by the United States—Libya being another independent oil-producing state. Wartime intelligence reports from Auschwitz included mention of rumours that swept through the camp (but no mention of gas chambers or mass killings), but after the war we learnt that the Zyklon B used in de-lousing chambers "was used for gas chambers" was one such rumour.

Pressure Groups and Terrorists—a Private Army
In 1846 a leading French banker had given a talk to a Freemasons' meeting in Paris. In it he outlined plans, both financial and non-financial, for gaining world domination. The text of his talk was acquired by the Imperial Russian intelligence service. At the turn of the century, when the implementation of those plans was well on the way—it had been said that Russia was an obstacle whose destruction was essential—they gave it to a Professor Nilus to add as an appendix to a book he was writing. It was he who gave it the title The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, even though it predated the launching of Zionism by over 30 years. The bankers' main agents in World Jewry are Zionists.
      Their financial plans are now well on the way to completion (see Annex B). With them are the political moves intended to culminate first in a Federal Europe—the crucial step—and then in a One World State, with the dictator of the Federal Europe (the President of the Executive Council of the European Central Bank) apparently being the person to take over as the One World dictator. That One World dictatorship is now referred to as the "New World Order". There was also the question of preventing effective opposition. The plans for this are also in the process of being implemented. Prominent among them are the policies of race-mixing and racial hatred, and the spread of perversion and moral filth.
      In any nation or community there are always a certain number of criminals, even though the majority are law-abiding. The Jews are no exception. Here the bankers and their associates may be looked upon as the major criminals, in the same way that the Pharisees and Sadducees were at the time of Christ. They wish to embroil the rest of the Jews, so that any criticism of the bankers could be treated as a criticism of all Jews. We saw one technique in action in December 1983. As the 'Anti-Fascist Action' race-hate campaign was being launched, a Jewish Youth meeting was held in Oxford. From the report in the Jewish Chronicle we learnt that these young people had been told that if their parents objected to what they were doing they should "do the dirty on their parents". In his book By Way of Deception Victor Ostrovsky has written that in London alone there are about 2,000 "sayanim" (Mossad agents) and another 5,000 in reserve. He records that they are taught to build hiding places for their weapons. Here we need to remember that Mossad grew out of the pre-Israel bankers' intelligence operation, and that it operates almost independently of the Israeli government.
      Anti-nuclear pressure groups have already been mentioned, and 'Anti-Fascist Action' would seem to be another pressure group, but of a rather different kind. Since World War II a complex network of pressure groups has developed, ranging from the apparently innocuous, such as the Ramblers Association, through the anti-nuclear groups that attack the financial targets of the bankers (such as Sellafield), to overtly terrorist groups such as the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and the African National Congress (ANC). Within this network an important group are the environmental pressure groups. They could be said to be pseudo-moral, and seek to gain members by working on the emotions. Their activities are aimed at harming industry and agriculture. Sometimes groups such as the animal "rights" groups and even Christian Aid use violence, while the terrorist groups have violence as their main occupation.
      There is close co-operation between the various terrorist groups. At the time of the Geneva Conference on Rhodesia there was a week's adjournment, during which time the Foreign Office arranged for Mugabe and his colleagues to fly to Dublin for an international terrorist conference. While in Ireland they recruited 15 members of the IRA to go to southern Africa to train terrorists in the use of explosives. Annex C gives details from a terrorist training course that was run in Angola. Periodically riots are organised as rehearsals, or to try out techniques. Members of the public who join in enthusiastically are recruited and sent to one of a number of camps around the world for training.
      When Henry Kissinger went to South Africa in 1978 to the meeting that forced the Rhodesians to agree to a "multi-racial" government, he stopped off in Nairobi. In a speech there he assured the terrorists ("freedom fighters") that they would receive help from the multi-national companies in return for handing over to the multi-nationals all the mineral rights as they took over in southern African countries. More recently we have learnt that the ANC received $200 million per annum from the multi-nationals for their services in helping to overthrow the South African government. At another level it came out at the Windscale Inquiry that the whole of the anti-nuclear case was being financed by a cousin of the director of the rival French firm. There would seem to be a real sense in which many terrorist and pressure groups can be looked on as comprising a private army for the bankers and the multinational companies that they control.

Bankers Shelter Behind the "Jews"
Very few Jews would knowingly go along with the stated intention:
      " ... it is indispensible to stir up the people's relations with their governments in all countries so as to utterly exhaust humanity with dissention, hatred, struggle, envy and even to use torture, starvation, the inoculation of disease and want, so that people see no other course open to them than to take refuge in our complete sovereignty in money and in all else." Thus the escalation of these evils during this century has not been due to "chance". Also, the bankers would not wish the majority of members of the Jewish religion—of whatever race—to know that:
      "... if any States raise a protest against us it is only pro forma at our discretion, and by our direction, for their anti-semitism is indispensible to us for the management of our lesser brethren". That is why they have spent so much effort in attempting to have publication of The Protocols banned.
      The policy of race-mixing, particularly of genetically incompatible races, is one of the more important methods being used to destroy the opposition, by physically and morally enfeebling those nations that might be a threat to the establishment of the intended bankers' dictatorship, It is something that has been known to be wrong ever since God dispersed those attempting to build the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11, 5-10). German Jews were very unpopular with the Zionists, because they refused to let them hold the first Zionist Congress in Germany in 1897, and so they became the target for the carefully orchestrated series of events in Germany in the 1930s, that included a well-publicised campaign for "racial purity", and culminated in the bogus 'Holocaust' and "gas chamber" propaganda. The evidence against this is irrefutable.
      The claim is that six million Jews had been killed in gas chambers in Germany and Poland. The original claim at the end of the war was that there had been execution gas chambers (as distinct from fumigation gas chambers) in all the concentration camps. Those in Germany, however, were open to inspection after she surrendered, and careful investigations showed that there had not been gas chambers or mass killings in any of them. A large number of concentration camp inmates did die. The Times Central Europe correspondent put the total at about 750,000. The largest single racial or national group was the men from the Soviet Union who had gone over to the Germans in the hope of being allowed to assist in the liberation of their own people from the Stalin terror regime. Most of these starved to death because they received no food parcels. Apart from them, the Times correspondent found that the deaths were proportional to the numbers in each racial group. Most of these deaths occurred in the last few months of the war, when Allied bombing played havoc with food distribution.
      The cause of death was primarily a virulent typhus epidemic that affected both camps and the surrounding countryside. The Allied intelligence officers who first went into Belsen were surprised to find that the Jewish inmates there knew nothing of the alleged killings in gas chambers. The typhus epidemic resulted in the piles of bodies that were photographed while awaiting mass burial, and it would seem to be those photographs that have since been produced as the bodies of "gas chamber" victims. Given this use of the photographs one might even wonder about the source of that virulent infection.
      With the German camps eliminated, that meant that the "six million" had to be accounted for in camps located in Poland. Four million deaths were allocated to Auschwitz, although in 1989 the Zionists downgraded that figure to 1.6 million. To try to intimidate people who were questioning whether there had ever been gas chambers several prosecutions were initiated by the Anti-Defamation League during the 1980s, including that of Ernst Zündel in Canada. It was alleged that to deny the validity of the "Holocaust" was a criminal offence. Three technical lines of evidence among the overwhelming amount assembled for the trials are sufficient to show that there could not have been gas chambers or mass killings.
      Because Zyklon B was used in the camps for delousing purposes it was chosen as the "gas" to be "used" in the alleged "gas chambers". It is a cyanide preparation that requires heating to drive off the cyanide, while a 24-hour ventilation period is needed before it is safe for operators to enter an enclosed area containing it. Yet it is claimed that the crystals were merely dropped through vents, whereupon the victims died almost immediately, and then a very short time later their bodies were removed for cremation. That would have been a technical impossibility.
      Some States in the USA use cyanide chambers for executions. Fred Leuchter, the engineer responsible for the design and construction of such chambers investigated the "gas chambers" at Auschwitz and Birkenau. He found that the alleged chambers had not, and could not have been, used for the purpose. It has now been admitted that those "gas chambers" shown to tourists are fakes, produced by the Soviets after the war. Mr. Leuchter also found that there were no means at either camp to dispose of those large numbers of bodies in the manner that had been described. Since he produced this evidence he has been under virulent personal and professional attack by Zionist pressure groups.
      The third, and conclusive, line of evidence has been produced by John C. Ball, an expert in the interpretation of aerial photographs. He obtained from the US National Archives Air Photo Library wartime aerial photographs of the camps in Poland where the alleged killings had taken place and also, for comparison, photographs of the Katyn Forest, Belsen and Hamburg, where mass burials had actually taken place. These photographs make it abundantly clear that in none of the alleged sites could mass burials have taken place.
      Particularly interesting was the photograph taken on 25 August 1944. A publication in 1979, The Holocaust Revisited, reproduced an aerial photograph for 25 August 1944 which showed marks alleged to be vents used to insert Zyklon B crystals, groups of prisoners, and so on. These marks were not present on the original photograph. Ball provides evidence that the crucial marks were later additions to a copy of the original photograph. For example, the marks did not have shadows, like the rest of the structures on the photographs, while some marks, alleged to be groups of people, overlapped onto the roof of the adjacent building.
      Now that almost all of the people who originally investigated it are very old or dead, the 'Holocaust' propaganda has been revived and has become the excuse for denigrating people who oppose race-mixing policies. As a result, it becomes all too easy to equate patriotism, and hence other opposition to the bankers' schemes, with "racism", "fascism", "Nazi-ism", "neo-Nazi-ism" and then "anti-semitism", even though this last consists of the non-semitic accusing the semitic of "anti-semitism". Not long ago the Council of Christians and Jews even branded an intended talk on The Threat to Christianity from Europe as "anti-semitic". That was rather a give-away. Federal Europe will have laws rather like those of Stalin's Soviet Union, where Christianity was outlawed.

The Attack on Christianity
The eradication of Christianity was considered to be necessary if the ambitions of the bankers were to be fulfilled. According to the banker, the text of whose talk was preserved in The Protocols:
     
      Rock concerts disguised as Church services, and cults based on hypnotic techniques are examples of "new traditional religions". The extension of the "sex war" to attempts to have women priests is an example of schism, with the Anglican Church now being in the process of fragmentation. (In fact Christ had many women followers and disciples—but not among the Apostles, who became the first priests. The concept of women priests is alien to the Church that He founded.)
      Complementary to the policies aimed at fragmenting the established churches is the current campaign, led by the World Council of Churches, to promote a unified 'world religion' to go with the "New World Order". Spirits are associated with most religions, and so it is envisaged as a religion based on "spirits"—there has to be a supernatural element if Satan is to have an entry. Christ explained the Trinity to His disciples (John 13,31 to 17,26)—God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit—describing the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of Truth. At the other end of the scale are the spirits of the Africans' ancestors. The proponents of the unified world religion would have us believe that these are all descriptions of the same spirit. That is clearly contrary to the truth.
      The banker announced an intention to "penetrate" the Christian Church. Communists and Freemasons have been instructed to infiltrate. These infiltrators have sought to destroy from within. There have, for example, been major liturgical changes, which have consistently sought to obey the directive "destroy all things traditional", this being a bankers' directive that applies to all aspects of life.
      Jews of the Talmudic persuasion trying to lead Christians astray is not a new phenomenon. It was something St. Paul had to warn the Galatians about (Gal. 1, 6-10) In the liturgy there is now a certain amount of white-washing of the role of the Pharisees and Sadducees, and this development has been promoted by the Councils of Christians and Jews. On the Jewish side the Councils have been targeted by bankers' agents within the Zionist movement (which was set up at the instigation of Edmond de Rothschild). One result of the bogus 'Holocaust' propaganda has been a false sense of guilt, with a "pity the poor Jews" attitude that averts genuine criticism. They have traded on this, and have found gullible Christians susceptible to suggestions that things that are against the interests of the international bankers are "anti-semitic". How else, for example, could making it known that the intended Federal Europe will be inimical to Christianity be considered "anti-semitic"? It ought to be obvious that a state with a multitude of laws based very largely on falsehood and lies is incompatible with a religion that prizes Truth above everything else.
      The idea of the Federal Europe is being sold to gullible Christians as something that will ensure "peace". But genuine peace has as an essential component living in trust and harmony with one's neighbours. For individuals to have peace of mind they need confidence in those with whom they come into contact, and personal freedom. The pseudo-peace of an absolute dictatorship (as envisaged for the integrated Federal Europe, followed by the New World Order) involves fear and distrust, and the frustration caused by enforced submission to detailed rules, regulations and prohibitions. Even if there is not open physical warfare, people are unable to have trust and confidence in those with whom they come into contact, while personal freedom is absent.
      The United Nations Organisation and UNESCO have promoted "anti-discrimination" policies and laws. These are so worded that Christianity is regarded as a form of discrimination that should be abolished. As a result, it became unlawful in the United States for the Lord's Prayer to be said in schools. In the United Kingdom the approach has been more subtle. Immigrants belonging to the Moslem and other religions have been encouraged, with a blind eye turned to the fact that many came in illegally. As a result, scripture lessons in schools have been replaced by a study of comparative religions, usually with the fundamental Christian beliefs left out, while it has become "racist" for Christian Assemblies to be encouraged when pupils from other religions are in the school. Similarly, Christian morality has been replaced by 'rent-a-crowd' and 'politically correct' propaganda.

Undermining Civilization
The implementation of this propaganda would seem to have two motives. One is to inculcate beliefs that, when acted on, are to the financial advantage of the international bankers. Anti-apartheid propaganda has already been mentioned. The attack on South Africa would ensure that they obtain control of strategic minerals. The implementation of most environmental propaganda would result in the complete destruction of our industry and almost all our agriculture. False dietary propaganda, such as the bogus suggestions that red meat and other sources of protein are bad for us helps to mask the extent to which agriculture is being run down as a result of European Community legislation. A lack of energy, industry, and agriculture enfeebles the nation, so that it will be less able to fight back when the people eventually realise just how they have been betrayed by the politicians who are seeking to have us ensnared in the intended Federal Europe.
      Both the "global warming" and ozone layer scare campaigns are based on fallacies, but are having the effect of harming industry. Similarly, the bogus anti-smoking campaign (diesel smoke causes lung cancer) and the equally bogus "lead in petrol" scare campaign (the symptoms cited are those of overdoses of tranquillisers) are designed to promote diesel at the expense of petrol, this leading to higher profits for the oil companies. The anti-smoking campaign has the added 'advantage' that other statistics can be 'weighted' for smoking, thus obtaining more desired but incorrect 'results'. And in research, having to accept these falsehoods means that there is a rippling-out effect with spreading errors. To help hide this the United Nations has arranged for almost all scientific definitions to be changed, to make it more difficult to understand older, but more correct, work.
     
      The other motive is the introduction of factors which have led to the downfall of previous civilisations. Population planning groups investigated these in the period immediately after World War 2. The main factors identified were:
      • falling birth rate; gradual break-up of family life; women no longer staying at home but going out to work.
      • lack of restraint over, and therefore a tendency towards, lying, theft, adultery, murder; a diminution of courage, faith, virtue, and the quality of language; over-urbanisation.
      • a levelling down of society; progress hindered by prejudice; aliens given senior administrative jobs.
      • over-taxation, which killed private enterprise; bureaucrats attempted to control everything, this inevitably produced inflation and devaluation.

      Since then each of these factors has become enshrined in our legislation, and the results are now only too apparent. Bureaucracy has become rampant since we entered the European Community, and this shows up in the level of the debt that the Government now owes to the international bankers:

      The interest payable on the £1.2 million borrowed in 1694 was at 8 per cent. After 298 years the total interest payments on that original loan were approximately £29.0 million.
      In 1980 the interest paid to the bankers was £9,000 million, this being 10.6 per cent of the total government expenditure. In 1992 the interest paid to the bankers was £15,400 million.
      Like the banker who gave the 1864 talk, Communists have advocated setting up a Federal Europe, as a stage on the way to the One World State. In 1928 the Communist International presented a three-stage plan for achieving this:
      • Socialise the economies of all nations.
      • Bring about regional unions of various groupings of these socialised nations.
      • Amalgamate all of these regional groupings into a final world-wide union.
      The 19th Century Satanist, Moses Hess (the mentor of Karl Marx) advocated divide and rule tactics, workers v management was one of the planks of Communist propaganda. Coloured v white and female v male, that he thought would be even more effective, are enshrined in United Nations anti-discrimination laws and recommendations, followed by inclusion in national laws, so that these prejudices are now deemed to be "politically correct".


Anti-Christian Legislation—Linked with Attacks on Law and Order
As new and more sweeping race hate laws have been introduced into Parliament, Zionist MPs have ensured that they should be so worded that if members of ethnic minorities feel or imagine that they have been insulted, the person they accuse is thereby deemed to have committed the offence. (Under English Common Law we would have been deemed innocent unless proved guilty.) During the last few years these same MPs have been seeking to have similar laws applied to religion as well as race. Considerable pressure is also being applied elsewhere, and the first Racial and Religious Vilification Bill has been introduced in the Victoria State Parliament in Australia.
      This Bill criminalises strong missionary activity and the vigorous proselytising of religious groups. This is in line with the UN Children's Rights Charter, suggesting that they have a "right" to be protected from religious indoctrination. That Charter only allows a Marxist/Humanist outlook. The Bill also seeks to criminalise " ... The possession of written or pictorial material strongly presenting religious beliefs and criticising opposing theological beliefs". If such material is considered to "create or promote or increase hatred of any group of persons on the grounds of their race or religion" that is an offence. The penalties proposed are fines of Aus.$6,000 or six months imprisonment.
      We can now see why there has been an upsurge of Zionist propaganda suggesting that Christian teaching criticising the Pharisees—"whited sepulchres"—and their criminal act in having Christ crucified, is an insult to all Jews. Yet the Crucifixion, followed by the Resurrection, Ascension into Heaven, and the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost are central to the Christian faith. At the same time the Zionists are seeking to establish that to draw attention to the vicious anti-Christian passages in The Talmud is an offence under present race laws which they themselves caused to be enacted.
      On the theological level there is the question of the Old and the New Covenants. The Old Covenant was that given to Moses. As well as the Ten Commandments there were laws governing worship. The inner sanctuary of first a tent and later the Temple in Jerusalem was in two parts: an outer part called the "Holy Place", and the inner part called "The Holy of Holies" in which was placed the Ark of the Covenant. The Lord was believed to be present there. The end of the Old Covenant was symbolised by the destruction of the "Holy of Holies" as Christ died on the Cross. "And, behold, the veil of the Temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;" (Matthew 27, 51). That was followed by the total destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD.
      Robert Maxwell had acquired a plot in an Oxfordshire graveyard for himself and his family, but he later decided that he wished to be buried at a prime site on the Mount of Olives. (The breaking of the ground alone costs £100,000 plus.) The prophet Ezekiel had indicated that when the Messiah came graves would open and people would rise from the dead, and it has been reported that he wished to be one of the first to rise. But that prophesy has already been fulfilled. When Christ died " ... the earth did quake, and the rocks rent", and St. Matthew continues "And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, and came out of the graves after His resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many". This raises an interesting question. The banker said that "anti-semitism is indispensible to us for the management of our lesser brethren". The Jewish Chronicle and other papers written for Jews repeatedly carry stories of allegedly anti-semitic incidents, and prominent among these are cases of desecration of graves. Is it being unduly cynical to note that a large proportion of the incidents seem to portray a Jewish rather than a Gentile mentality?
      In Annex C is given details of instructions to members of pressure groups committed to the use of violence, including groups from the United Kingdom. These instructions included:
     
      In 1979 to 1982 there were a series of race riots—ostensibly amateur events said by the media to be "spontaneous". But at the time of the Brixton riot, for example, there were also riots across other main traffic arteries into London. Each riot was led by a team of ten trained riot leaders (usually belonging to a single ethnic group, although in the case of the Southall riot mixed teams were used). It came out that when it was formed the Steering Committee of the Anti-Nazi League, that organised these riots, was dominated by members of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, which had been infiltrated by Zionist agents of the international bankers.
      Since then, at the instigation of Zionist activists in Parliament, the previous Riot Act, specifying that three or more people could be prosecuted for provoking a riot has been repealed and replaced by the Public Order Act of 1986, which states that there must be twelve or more before a group can be deemed to have started a riot. Also, the present situation is that if a member of an "ethnic minority" attacks ordinary English people it is only the actual offence that constitutes a crime, while if the English are provoked to retaliate they are deemed to have also committed a "more serious" racist offence. After a particularly revolting torture case, when the Special Branch were ordered not to investigate, I discovered that for 20 years, and probably for over 30 years, there has been an arrangement whereby cases of grievous bodily harm, torture, arson, and so on, committed by members of the Board of Deputies, their 'Heavy Gang or their agents, are not investigated nor are the perpetrators prosecuted.
      Members of ethnic minority groups willing to indulge in violence have been collected together in the Anti-Racist Alliance (ARA). As with the environmental pressure groups many people who are unaware of its primary purpose are being encouraged to join in order to swell its membership and thus their claim that the extremists have broadly-based support. The ABA has provided a platform for the Zionist planners to go a stage further, this time aiming to link the prevention of effective opposition to a planned "revolution" with further attacks on the Christian Churches.
      Many complaints of alleged "racial harassment" are malicious, and so are not taken seriously by our overworked police forces, themselves under attack. It must not be forgotten that since the introduction of the 1957 Act into Parliament all Criminal Justice Acts have sought to place more and more obstacles in the way of attempts by the police to maintain "law and order", and actively to assist criminals. According to the Jewish Chronicle (9 April 1993) a Bill that is intended shall be introduced into the British Parliament this summer (1993) will include clauses making it a legal requirement for the police to fully investigate racial and religious complaints by members of minority groups.
      The ostensible reason for introducing the religious (and anti-Christian) element is that the Jews are not an "ethnic minority". Judaism is a religion, with very few members of Hebrew descent. Most belong to other races. Their religion is therefore the only cohesive factor. And so for this ostensible reason the Bill aims to outlaw religious intolerance, so as to include Zionists among the potential complainants. Given the present immunity of members of the Zionist faction from prosecution for crimes of violence, no doubt they expect that any anti-Christian activities they indulge in would have the same immunity. As with the Australian Bill, the fundamental teachings of Christianity could be interpreted as an attack on the Jewish religion. Mandatory investigation of complaints by the police could put Christians in the police forces in an intolerable position.

God or Money—Not Both
      The bankers have been able to get the majority of people to believe a range of false propaganda because their agents have gained control of the press and broadcasting media. That intention had also been spelt out in 1864:
     
      It is interesting that the 'Bible' of the usurers and bankers should be described as the 'Babylonian' Talmud. When one makes due allowance for the imagery of the Apocalypse (the Book of Revelation) one finds that money-power is named "Babylon the Great"—the great prostitute. She is enthroned beside abundant waters (17,1), those waters being "all the peoples, the populations, the nations and the languages" (17,15), "with, authority over all the rulers on earth (17, IS). "Prostitution" here would seem to mean treating money foolishly or illicitly, and at present all the nations of the world are in debt to the international bankers—debts that they cannot possibly repay—while with the growth of credit many individuals are in debt. Again, merchants "have grown rich through her debauchery" (18, 3), and traders "made a fortune out of her" (18, 15).
      "Prostitution" is also used in its more literal sense. Babylon the Great is "the mother of all prostitutes and all the filthy practices on earth" (17,5), while she has become "the haunt of devils, and a lodging for every foul spirit and dirty, loathsome bird" (18,2). Increasingly during the last century and a half, and particularly during the last few decades, every sort of perversion has been described and encouraged by the press and other media and in the proliferating "video nasties". The cost of organising all this is considerable. Promotion of perversion and moral filth, as with race-mixing, would seem to be calculated to reduce the physical and moral quality of the nations to a level where effective opposition to a take-over would become almost impossible.
      Any decent person would surely agree that the spread of evil induced by the implementation of the plans described in the Protocols should be exposed and opposed. Such opposition is at present being condemned as "anti-semitic" by the non-semitic promoters of that evil It is really opposition to the plans of the international bankers, and it would be more correct to describe it as "anti-bankerism". There is nothing in the Public Order Acts, or any other Acts, which says that valid criticism of the bankers and their associates, or for that matter people following any other trade or profession, is unlawful.
      The intention of those Acts, instigated by Zionists, follows the 1864 declaration: "The pretext for stopping any publication will be the alleged plea that it is agitating the public mind without occasion or justification". But there is every justification for warning people of the evils that have been planned and that are being carried out. This has been a Christian nation for almost two thousand years, and we were warned that we could serve either God or money, but not both (Matthew 6,24). Yet at present our leaders are busy serving "money". The fact that they are attempting to prevent people finding out the real implications of the Treaty on European Union is in itself an indication that their activities are treasonable (under the Treason and Treason-Felony Acts). It is even being referred to as the Maastricht Treaty to help hide its objectives.
      The conclusion is inescapable. For almost two millennia Britain has had a Christian civilization. In the 20th Century alone our people have taken part in two major wars to defend this. The attacks that we have had to repel have been primarily a blockade to prevent imports of essential foods and raw materials, destruction of our industry, a threatened invasion—and attacks on morale.
      The international bankers—Mammon—have mounted similar attacks, directly and through their agents, but using non-military weapons. Thus, implementation of European Community legislation is resulting in external control of our food supplies, that could easily be cut off, while steadily destroying our agriculture. At the same time the Merchant Navy and Royal Navy have been cut down to far below a viable strength.
      After Mr. Edward Heath (advised by Victor Rothschild) and M. Pompidou (a former employee of Guy de Rothschild) met in Paris in October 1972 to discuss the terms of Britain's entry into the European Community, Mr. John Davies, who had been present as Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, reported that these terms included the run-down of our science, technology and industry (now almost completed), and the eradication of the Monarchy (which is under increasing media and parliamentary attack). In return, London would become the financial centre of Europe. (The recent IRA attacks would seem to cast doubt on that. Other contenders are Frankfurt, the original home of the Rothschilds, and Paris, their present headquarters).
      The threatened invasion and attacks on morale are also practically completed Without consulting the British people an estimated 15 million people with few or no ties of loyalty to this country have been brought here. (The populations of other "white" countries are being similarly diluted.) Forcing on us a multicultural society is helping to carry out the command to "destroy all things traditional". Among these newcomers and their offspring are many who could, if other methods are unsuccessful, form the "cannon-fodder" for the meticulously planned "revolution". One intelligence officer described this to me as "the most completely documented revolution in history, and we aren't allowed to do a thing about it". Quite the reverse—the police are under attack, while not only have the armed forces been run down, but control of those that remain has been handed over to the "United Nations", for use in the wars that they are instigating in the process of setting up the One World dictatorship.
      A pressure group allied to the Bilderberg Group is the Trilateral Commission. This was the group that arranged for the collapse of the Soviet Union. At their meeting this spring (1993) they have decided that there should be a United Nations World Army, with NATO taken over and all national forces disbanded. In place of the present "peace-keeping" role of the UN it would be empowered to intervene in the affairs of sovereign nations. The most important policy that they wish to enforce is race-mixing, with a planned "migration regime". Such a policy is already embodied in the Treaty on European Union. If successful it would make effective opposition to the planned dictatorship seem impossible.
      All these factors help to reduce morale, particularly as they are being accompanied by repressive legislation designed to suppress dissemination of knowledge of the plans and legitimate criticism. It does not help that many of the bankers' agents are in Parliament, the Privy Council, the Civil Service, and also the Churches—all these being the enemy within—while the news media is under tight control designed to prevent essential information, such as that in the previous paragraph, being revealed.
      It has been mentioned that Zionist pressure groups seek to "investigate", and then to smear or in other ways attack, not only people who show that the 'Holocaust' was bogus, but also all those who are patriotic or who oppose any of the schemes of the bankers, They are in a strong position, as evidenced by the fact that the Board of Deputies of British Jews (now taken over by Zionist agents) and their agents are for all practical purposes immune from prosecution. These have been responsible for setting up Anti-Fascist Action and the Anti-Racist Alliance in this country.
      A member of the ARA is about to lay before Parliament a Bill purporting to outlaw racial and religious "harassment", that could well bring the police to a stand-still if it became mandatory for them to investigate all the malicious complaints made possible by the Bill. Already laws based on lies and falsehood have to be enforced more rigorously than laws based on Christian morality, and when they are mutually exclusive the former take precedence. An equivalent organisation in the United States is the Anti-Defamation League, which has now been exposed as having as one of its main functions acting as a major spy ring, channelling information to Mossad—the bankers' intelligence organisation.
      Dishonesty, corruption and sheer evil abound, so that it is no wonder that for a successful Federal Europe and One World dictatorship those responsible should have realised that the eradication of Christianity, with its insistence on Truth, is necessary. But perhaps the most important component of the attack on morale—apart from the use of hypnotic techniques by TV—has been to inculcate a defeatist attitude, so that people make no attempt to halt these evil plans. But they were made in the first place by only a very small number of individuals, and are dependent on large-scale financial support for their implementation. If any major nation could turn out the traitors within and then act decisively, the whole edifice would collapse like a pack of cards.
      In Chapter 18 of the Apocalypse we are reminded that Babylon, the money-power, will be overcome and destroyed. She is not invincible. Sooner or later God will triumph, with Mammon routed, and a Christian way of life restored. We can help to make it "sooner".

Postscript
Soon after I completed writing this booklet more information came my way about the plans of the aspiring "One World" dictators, and their "New World Order". The United Nations Organization was formed during World War 2 by the Soviet Foreign Minister and Marxist agents in the United States as the Civil Service of the intended dictatorship. This was followed in 1954 by the Bilderberg Group, that has been described as the "Shadow World Government".

ANNEX B Financial Recipe for World Domination
(a) "In order that freedom may once and for all disintegrate, and ruin the nations, we must put industry on a speculative basis. The result of this will be that" the profits "will slip through the hands of the speculators, and into the hands of" the international bankers.
      "The absence of speculative industry would multiply capital in private hands, and would restore agriculture by freeing the land from debt. What we want is that ... speculation transfer into our hands all the assets of the world".
      (b) "We shall establish huge monopolies, reservoirs of colossal riches" and then "Economic crises can be produced by us by no means other than the withdrawal of money from circulation. Huge capitals stagnate, having been withdrawn from nations, which are then obliged to apply to those same stagnant capitals for loans. These loans burden the finances of the State with the payment of interest, and make them the bond slaves of the capitalists"—the international bankers—"The concentration of industry in the hands of the capitalists out of the hands of small masters draws away all the assets of the peoples and with them also of States".
      (c) "Every kind of loan proves infirmity in the State and a want of understanding of the rights of the State. Loans hang like a sword of Damocles over the heads of rulers, who come begging for further loans to us bankers. Foreign loans are like leeches which there is no possibility of removing from the body of the State unless ... the State flings them off. But political rulers do not tear them off, they go on in persisting in putting more onto themselves", with yet more loans needed to pay off increasing interest, "so that the State must inevitably perish, killed by voluntary blood-letting".
      "What indeed is a loan, especially a foreign loan? It is an issue of bills of exchange containing a percentage obligation commensurate to the sum of the loan capital. If the loan bears a charge of 5 percent, then in 20 years the State vainly pays away in interest a sum equal to the loan borrowed, in 40 years it is paying double the sum, in 60 treble, and all the while the debt remains an unpaid debt".
      (d) "We shall replace money markets by grandiose credit institutions, the object of which will be to fix the price of industrial values in accordance with our views. These institutions will be in a position to fling upon the market hundreds of millions of industrial paper in one day, or to buy up the same amount. In this way all industrial undertakings will come into dependence upon us. You may imagine for yourselves the immense power we shall thereby secure for ourselves".

ANNEX C Terrorist Training Camp at Mocamedes, Angola
This terrorist training camp, near the border of South West Africa, was primarily for training of SWAPO terrorists by Cubans.
      There was a special section for the training of the "elite" members of a number of European organisations in the terrorist network. The Baader-Meinhof, SWP and SRP were positively identified as having sent members.
      As well as physical training, karate, unarmed combat, weapons training, etc., there was a course on planning. Five or six of the instructors were British. Instructions applicable to operations in the United Kingdom included:
      • Concentrate on urban warfare.
      • Strike at vulnerable soft targets—schools, shops, crowded places.
      • Women and children are prime targets.
      • There are to be kidnappings on a large scale to create unease.
      • Operators to be well dressed, and never look like suspects.
      • More women to be used.
      • Older men to be used for arson and kidnapping activities. Over 45s preferable. They will be less suspect.
      • Grenades and land mines to be used.
      • Automatic weapons to be used on selected human targets—create terror by "sinister" operations—accurate shooting of victims required.
      • Choose areas where after strike there would be traffic congestion.
      • Hit at areas where police and army strength is weak. At the camp there were very detailed maps, giving vulnerable places. They showed, in detail, police stations and sub-stations, the numbers there, with the number of each rank, etc. The distribution of army and armed forces camps, installations and weapons storage were shown. Details also included the numbers and state of readiness of civil defence personnel.
      • Installations to be attacked professionally. They had plans and the methods of attack were practiced. But it was to be made to look like amateurs. This was to make it harder to detect, and to delay the conclusion that there is a real organised force behind the operations.
      • Claims for any terrorist activity must be blamed on nondescript organisations (or the IRA).
      • Always, always, give misleading statements to Press, through third parties or letters.
