While nationalists and others cautioned the Bush administration to learn the proper lessons from 9/11 and return to America's historic and moral foreign policy of America First, the administration instead began to beat the drums of world empire far louder than before, culminating in the release of the new Bush Doctrine on September 20 - a 33-page document that openly proclaims Washington's intention to run the world and ‘pre-emptively’ eliminate all present and future rivals.

But the Bush-ites had such plans in mind even before Bush became President, according to an article in the British paper the Sunday Herald of 15/9/02. The Herald obtained a copy of a secret blueprint for US global domination written for administration super-hawks Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Rumsfeld's deputy Paul Wolfowitz, Bush's younger brother Jeb, and Lewis Libby, Cheney's chief of staff.

The document, titled ‘Rebuilding America's Defences: Strategies, Forces and Resources For A New Century’, was written in September 2000 by a neo-conservative think tank called ‘The Project for the New American Century’ (PNAC).

According to the article in the Herald, the document calls for the Bush administration to take military control of the Persian Gulf region whether or not Saddam Hussein was still in power. It also advocates a "blueprint for maintaining global US pre-eminence, precluding the rise of a great power rival, and shaping the international security order in line with American principles and interests."

The ‘New American Frontier’

US armed forces, scattered across the world in dozens of countries, are "the cavalry on the new American frontier." The document agrees with an earlier document written by Wolfowitz and Libby that said the US must "discourage advanced industrial nations from challenging our leadership or even aspiring to a larger regional or global role," according to the ‘Herald’ article, adding that America's ‘grand strategy’ must be advanced "as far into the future as possible," with the US being able to "fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theatre wars" as a ‘core mission.’ The PNAC paper also calls for:-

• Using key allies such as Great Britain as the most effective means of exercising American global leadership.
• Keeping ‘peace-keeping missions’ under Washington's control rather than the UN.
• Staving off Europe as a potential rival.
• Permanent use of US bases in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait for stationing troops no matter how much domestic opposition there is in those nations to it, as Iran is seen as "a large a threat to US interests as Iraq has been."
• Advocating ‘regime change’ in China, saying: "It is time to increase the presence of US forces in Southeast Asia", leading to "providing the spur to the process of democratization in China."
• The possible development of US biological weapons, adding: "New methods of attack - electronic, ‘non-lethal’, biological - will be more widely available... combat likely will take place in new dimensions, in space, cyberspace, and perhaps the world of microbes... advanced forms of biological warfare that can target specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool."

And on and on it goes. The ideas of the PNAC document have indeed become the agenda of the Bush administration, which has quickly forgotten about the original goal of the ‘War on Terror’ - bringing Osama bin Laden and his associates to justice - and has focused instead on instituting a foreign policy of ‘regime change’ - conquering countries that offend it, beginning with Iraq and, according to armchair General Rush Limbaugh, moving next to Iran, Syria, Libya, Lebanon, North Korea and possibly even Saudi Arabia and others in an as yet unspecified order of conquest.

With the release to Congress of the ‘Bush Doctrine’ of pre-emptive strikes and open, uncontested world domination, the administration has codified its pre-election strategy. Called "The National Security Strategy of the United States," it was released right after Bush spoke to the United Nations and makes clear what The Nationalist Times has been stating for years - to the extent the UN co-operates with Washington that is fine with Washington, but the NWO emanates from Washington, DC, and will continue to do so.

The Bush Doctrine holds that the former strategies of ‘containment’ and ‘deterrence’ are all but dead, even though the US is now stronger versus the rest of the world in military terms than it has been at any time since the immediate post-WWII era. Those who "hate the United States and everything for which it stands" are to be attacked ‘pre-emptively’, and "Our forces will be strong enough," the document states, "to dissuade potential adversaries from pursuing a military build-up in hopes of surpassing, or equalling, the power of the United States."

An article in the International Herald Tribune states that a "senior White House official said that Bush had edited the document heavily ‘because he thought there were sections where we sounded overbearing or arrogant.’" It is hard to imagine what those deleted actions said, given the arrogant and overbearing tone of the entire document; then again it is difficult to imagine Bush "heavily editing the document" rather than merely signing his name to what was put in front of him.

Full of Zionists

The Bush administration is almost entirely bereft of actual military heroes, but it is filled with pasty-faced Zionists who want to smash the Arab world, along with Big Business executives who want to control the world's oil supply.

The globalist elites' desire to run the world by destroying races, cultures and religions has come to fruition with the onset of the Bush administration. One of the sad ironies of the situation is that the entire insanity is enabled in large part by conservative Christians, many of whom apparently want to speed up the end of he world so that they can be whisked up to Heaven for their reward while the Earth below screams in pain.

The mentality of the current administration is well summed up by this quote from neo-conservative Robert Kaplan in is book Warrior Politics: Why Leadership Demands a Pagan Ethos (2002):-

‘The more successful our foreign policy, the more leverage America will have in the world. Thus, the more likely that future historians will look back on the twenty-first century United States as an empire as well as a republic, however different from that of Rome and every other empire throughout history. For as the decades and the centuries march on, and the United States has had a hundred presidents, or 150 even, instead of forty-three, and they appear in long lists like the rulers of bygone empires - Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman - the comparison with antiquity may grow rather than diminish. Rome, in particular, is a model for hegemonic power, using various means to encourage a modicum of order in a disorderly world.’

Many patriotic Americans have for years been comparing the decline of the US to the fall of Rome. Certainly the comparisons now are more valid than ever - to the point that even conservatives may wake up and realise what's happening before it's too late.
