From standard volumes, largely Niall Ferguson's, Horus has assembled convincing material on elite decadence and 'Resplendent Cosmopolitanism'. 'Elite decadence' in this case means Edward VII and the same man before 1901. Niall Ferguson made full use of Rothschild archives (but only up to 1915—whether such secrecy can be allowed is outside Ferguson's range). This of course excludes both world wars, and the 'Russian Revolution' and the 1945 Jewish victory. I'd guess also that the Sassoons in China, the Donmeh Jews in Turkey, the Jews in Arabia, and Jews in Japan, and the US Civil War are omitted.
'Horus' (I have no idea who he or she is, or they are. I'll call him 'he'. He has views expressed by, for example, Campell-Bannerman: 'Militarism, extravagance [and] protection are weeds which grow in the same field' and promises explorations around the growth of debt and the growth of modern, high-coast, damaging, war.
I hope for more.
