THE BILDERBERG COUNCIL

<<THE MAN usually credited with creating the Bilderberg conferences is Dr Josef Retinger, who is shrouded in mystery. A Polish émigré, he is said to have been, at various times, an agent for the Freemasons, the Vatican, the Mexican government and British intelligence. He was certainly well connected: legend has it he could make an appointment to see the US president just by picking up the phone.

During the Second World War, Retinger worked for Britain's Special Operations Executive (SOE), which ran networks of informers and conducted sabotage operations. After the war he helped organise the Hague Congress of Europe, and in 1948 set up an organisation called the American Committee on a United Europe (Acue). Its chairman was William Donovan, a former director of the Office of Strategic Studies, the American equivalent of the SOE, and the forerunner of the CIA. Acue's vice-chairman was Allen Dulles, who was to become director of the CIA, and said to be responsible for running terrorist "destabilisation" programmes throughout Western Europe. Acue sent money to the European Movement, the body which campaigns for closer European integration, and of which Retinger was chairman.

In 1948 Retinger was introduced to Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. The official story is that he told the Prince about the rising tide of anti-Americanism in Europe and asked whether he wanted to do something about it. Prince Bernhard said: "Of course".

The first meeting of the group (Bilderberg) was held in a small Paris apartment in September 1952. Sitting around a ping-pong table, the various European grandees agreed that it was essential that their American counterparts be involved. The first formal conference, chaired by Prince Bernhard, was held in 1954 at the Bilderberg Hotel, Oosterbeek, Holland. The Dutch government and the CIA paid the bill. There has been a Bilderberg conference nearly every year since, except in 1976, when the meeting was cancelled after the Prince became caught up in a bribery scandal and was forced to give up his business and military links. The former British Prime Minister, Lord Home, took over the chairmanship in 1977. The current chairman is Lord Carrington, the former foreign secretary and former secretary-general of Nato. >>

Note: Questions have been asked about how members of the Bilderberg Council are selected and elected. The answer to that question is that there are thousands of ways of electing and selecting members. The obvious one is to use the Masonic grapevine. For example when the Bilderberg Council saw that neither Thatcher nor Major was going to be able to keep within the Bilderberg parameters it could not call in the men with the grey suits (white coats for Thatcher) until it was sure of a suitable replacement. The best information we have is that the late John Smith, accompanied by Gordon Brown, attended a Bilderberg conference about ten years ago. We believe that from then on Old Labour changed tack and swapped its socialism for right wing capitalism (New Labour) promoting the interests of the military industrial factions in the Bilderberg camp at the expense of public services. About the only pledge Blair has kept is not to increase taxation for the rich.

A FOREIGNER'S VIEW OF BRITISH JUSTICE

<<For several months, while Louise Woodward was on trial, the media went to great pains to acquaint us with the imperfections of the American judicial system.

Due to its paedophile ring we heard how corrupt and full of flaws the Belgian system was.

Last week, people were up in arms about the Saudi's system, because it is claimed that they bully and coerce people into signing statements to their detriment.

This week it is Japan's turn to get slaughtered by the media because they violated human rights and committed gross acts of injustice.

Those readers who have been fortunate enough never to have anything to do with the judicial system in this country may be interested to know that psychological warfare, emotional terrorism, bullying and coercion are also daily practices among our solicitors who force unsuspecting clients into signing undertakings against their cases in order to protract litigation.

Judges quite happily sit at hearings and put the seal of approval on lawyers' violations of human rights because they do not want to rock the boat for their pals.

The Legal Aid Board throws thousands of pounds into cases that solicitors drag through the courts and even when the case is not yet sorted out, they put a charge on the house of the poor victim.

More often than not the Legal Aid Board does not qualify cases on merit. But instead they happily approve undeserving cases if the claimant has connections with members of the "right" clubs.

To rub salt into the wound, after the honest, innocent victims lose their life savings, possessions and health due to stress-related illness, they will have to drag themselves through the courts for a few more years and if they are lucky they may get £1,000 from the Solicitors' Indemnity Fund.

Solicitors leave a trail of 23,000 victims a year. Is it not about time that British journalists started hanging around the British courts? An honest system would not mind having hearings videotaped and open to the public. Marissa Sarda de Waite>>

Comment:- Marisa, your English is better than Blair's French. We understand exactly how you feel as do thousands of others. Who were your solicitors? We found a lot of bent solicitors in Coventry in the 1960s. You must often wonder whether you would have been better off under El Caudillo. It will take another Holocaust to bring about change in this country. Perhaps your letter will help to prevent another Holocaust by educating Jews and non-Jews. Thank God for papers like the Birmingham Post!

IS MELANIE PHILLIPS OF THE OBSERVER JEWISH?

In last Sunday's Observer Phillips did a public service by broaching the subject of anti-Semitism. For too long we have had to keep the lid on criticism of the Jews and on the Israelis because the Holocaust was still being exploited to the full. To criticise Judaism was to approve of or deny the Holocaust.

We take the strongest exception to her attempt to deflect criticism from Michael Howard by suggesting that he was a victim of Jewish stereotyping. Even if Howard was an Eskimo Christadelphian, he was, as Home Secretary, more like Hitler than anybody since Hitler. His immigration policy was racist. Anne Widdicombe, a lady of some integrity, said that there was "something of the night" about him and that he was an exponent of prestidigitation - economical with the truth. Derek Lewis, Director of Prison Services was scapegoat for Howard who claimed that he, Howard, did not interfere with the day-to-day running of prisons. Lewis said that was baloney. In our view his worst offence was to release two drug barons from a 17-year prison sentence to roam the streets of Liverpool. The police should be investigating what was behind that.

She talks of Jewish gold seized by the Nazis and explains that some of the Jews who lost gold were not wealthy. Just how much gold was transferred to Swiss and UK banks by the Nazis and how much was transferred by the Jews themselves? Can she not see that if a Jew settles in a country and amasses wealth it is wrong to rob the adopted country of its wealth. At least the Jews should move to the country that holds their wealth however it is acquired.

Phillips states that Jews are fair game because "Jews are held to have power". Why does she not say whether Jews, in her opinion, have or have not power. The Jews have power in both America and the UK - power far beyond that which their numbers merit. Perhaps if Phillips were to tell us how the power is acquired we might be able to resolve the anti-Semitic problem to the benefit of all including especially the Jews. Is it because they are God's chosen people? He must be a cruel God. Is it because they have a success gene in their DNA molecule? We think not. Is it because they stick together like shit to a blanket and promote the interests of their own kind at the expense of non-Jews? Are they in society but not of society? We think yes.

Jews have been cruelly persecuted for centuries. They have a right to stick together and seek security against persecution. Security to most people means having wealth. When people like Jews and Masons conspire to acquire wealth at the expense of the rest of society problems arise. When there is an impartial legal system in place people who have been cheated by what are in effect two types of Mafia can seek redress through the law courts. This brings up the question of impartiality in the courts. What we have found is that Masons and Jews are greatly over represented in the legal profession and amongst the judiciary. When Michael Mansfield, QC, states that corruption is systemic in the legal system he should be saying that there are too many Jews and Masons in the system.

Bear in mind that Jews, Masons, the mentally and physically handicapped and Gypsies were all victims of the Holocaust. To stop another Holocaust the judiciary must clean up its act and do so now. Parliament too which also has a disproportionate number of Jews must find a way of sacking judges who betray their judicial oaths.

May we respectfully suggest that it is time the Jews and non-Jews were debriefed and taught the error of their ways? Melanie Philliprs is simply rubbing salt into the wounds of the thousands of non-Jews who are crucified by the legal system. Lead us to the gas chambers. We have money in the bank.

Last week we reported that Baron 's bail conditions prevented him speaking to anyone about his case. That was untrue and we apologise to the Magistrate who was good enough to release him in spite of police objections. His trial is due at Horseferry Magistrates Count, Victoria, on 15 June 1998 at 2 p.m.

On 2 June 1998 BBC1, in its programme, "Rough Justice," showed that Reg Dudley and Robert Maynard had been imprisoned for over twenty years following police fabrications. They were not released on parole because they refused to admit guilt, One of them is now free on compassionate grounds. He said "We thought that judges in the Appeal Court would consider the evidence and free us but they were worse than the trial judge." And so say all of us. Vote New :Labour and keep Cardinal Irvine in office.

ROGER J P JONES

Mr Jones has just had a quadruple heart by-pass operation. We will try to find space for his letter next week. His case and that of Geoffrey Scriven commenced with a forgery. He is supposed to have signed a form of declaration of bankruptcy enabling the Official Receiver to get his claws into his assets. The assets were then effectively stolen by people who were more equal than others. Par for the course!

A full report will follow. Mr Justice Moses was the judge. See VOMIT 2/98. What happened in the High Court on 4 June will defy belief. The only thing that can save the Lord Chancellor, the Master of the Rolls, the Senior Law Lord and the Treasury Solicitor is something that will prevent Mr Scriven continuing with his cases. That something will be completely unlawful.

THE PRINCESS DIANA TV PROGRAMMES

Both programmes reinforced the theory that Diana's death was arranged by the security services. One of them was simply a hatchet job on Mohamed Al Fayed using trashy witnesses. Al Fayed is Muslim - not Jewish. The programme must have been scripted by the Dirty Tricks Branch of MI6. Note that Diana's driver, Henri Paul, was found to have 20 percent carbon monoxide in his blood while the other three occupants of the car had none. That was evidence from the people who stated that Henri Paul was away over the blood alcohol limit. The conclusion from that was that the blood sample did not come from Henri Paul. The likely explanation for the crash was that a motor cyclist used a standard piece of military equipment to flash stun the occupants of the crash car.
