THAT COOKED REPORT

Last week's Observer confirms what we had to say about the Legg report. Many questions were left unanswered. The only reason for leaving questions unanswered is that the UK government knowingly violated a UN embargo to install a dictator in Sierra Leone in order that the dictator could bleed his country white for personal gain. To pay for armaments he sold his country's natural resources to the Bilderberg multi-nationals. This is typical of the ethics of New Labour. In passing we would mention that Windbag Blair and Nancy Brown fled from the Commons when Frank Field stood up to make his resignation speech. Now Labour's spin doctors are ridiculing Frank. Frank resigned. He resigned!

DAVID SHAYLER MI5 MI6

This great democracy has been able to have David Shayler arrested in that other great democracy, France, even although the French know that they cannot detain a foreigner in France because someone is threatening to blow the whistle on corrupt practices or incompetence in another country. However dirty Blair has effectively silenced Shayler by having him imprisoned, probably for a long time, while he awaits extradition proceedings. Shayler was divulging details of the incompetence and corruption in MI5 which led to thousands of ordinary law-abiding citizens being targeted by MI5 while they overlooked evidence that the Israeli Embassy was about to be bombed. He was also about to divulge that MI6 had made plans to assassinate Colonel Quaddaffi, the Libyan Leader in 1996.

If Windbag Blair is assassinated can anyone say that he didn't ask for it? There have been thousands of deaths in Sierra Leone, in East Timor, in Iraq and Kosovo on account of Blair's interventionist and non-interventionist policies primarily calculated to maintain high oil prices and to ensure that the natural resources and assets of the affected countries fall to the UK and USA.

This week have MI5 publishing a booklet denying its involvement in assassination while its full time collaborators are attempting to conceal the assassination plot against Quaddaffi. Who, if not MI5 and MI6, plotted the murders in Gibraltar, in London, in Londonderry and elsewhere in Ulster? He who lives by the sword dies by the sword. The French security services are quite capable of having Shayler extradited or have him meet with an accident. One thing for sure is that he will be convicted by a UK Court on account of the political (Cardinal Irvine) control of the courts. But why all the fuss? It wouldn't have anything to do with Princess Diana's death, would it? There is still no explanation for the high level of carbon monoxide in Henri Paul's blood other than it wasn't Henri Paul's blood and he wasn't under the influence of alcohol.

THE MASONS OF AMERICA AND SOUTH AFRICA

Unlike UK Masons the Americans are prepared to listen and discuss Masonry in civilised and polite terms. In the UK you just have to say "Mason" and the brothers are outraged that one of the "profane" should utter their hallowed name. The Americans like their UK brothers do not yet realise the connection between the Jew and Masonry and that fact that they are the foot soldiers of a hierarchy that will eventually enslave them as much as it will enslave the "profane".

The South African Masons are a different kettle of fish. We have it on good authority that they are evil and rejoice in their power so much so that white non-Masons give them a wide berth. The murders and cruelty under Apartheid when whites and blacks were killed would be typical of the use of Freemasonry because it depended on secrecy from a wide spectrum of the white public.

We have a report, reliable but difficult to sustain without putting someone in jeopardy, that the Bilderberg Council has provided a secret promotional video for use by selected members of Masonic Lodges. That figures. There is an invitation to join a world-wide organisation associated with the Bilderberg group. We suspect that Freemasonry is now such a dirty word that members will be joining Bilderberg in large numbers to carry on with the same dirty work. Note that Martin Bell, the acclaimed Independent MP, has still not responded to questions about the Bilderberg meeting at Turnberry when armed police were in attendance. Journalists were kept at a distance by a police cordon. One freelance journalist, Campbell Thomas, made enquiries at a house not covered by the security ring. He was arrested, stripped of his belongings including his belt, his tie and his wedding ring. He was not allowed to contact anyone and not even allowed to speak to his wife. He showed the bent cops his special constable identity card. Eight hours later he was released from a filthy cell and bailed to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court. The Mail provided legal representation for Thomas and the Procurator Fiscal announced that the charges would not be proceeded with. For Christ's sake will you British waken up. Start by ditching Labour! Scotland is setting an example. The ennobling of Lord Macdonald is an insult to all Labour MPs who sit twiddling their thumbs until Windbag tells them to jump. The Scots don't need another spin-doctor.

DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL - THE ROTTEN LABOUR BOROUGH

We have received a copy of a long letter dated 3 August 198 to Deputy Chief Constable Hughes of Hertfordshire Constabulary from Gerald Coulter ph/fax 01923 262726. We were particularly interested in the involvement of Touche Ross and its failure to address the problems arising from council corruption. You may recall that we had the same problem with Westminster City Council, Buckinghamshire County Council and Chiltern District Council. (John Magill, Vincent E Davies and Greg Comninos) Comninos has his finger in all the pies. Again we have the Tesco, Porter, Prescott, Touche Ross, Labour, police, Judaeo/Masonic and planning link. Anyone who believes that Labour is not backing Porter and Tesco is wrong

One of the matters reported by Mr Coulter involved the disposal of municipally owned land known as Jarman Park in Hemel Hempstead. It must be obvious that the council is obliged to get as much as possible for the sale of municipal land always provided there is not a covenant prohibiting the sale. Dacorum Borough Council sold Jarman Park to Ladbrokes who sold it on to Tesco making a profit of £28 million. Tesco was then given planning permission to build a superstore that trades 24 hours per day. There is a "Jarman report" in the council's files. The suspicion is that it has either been shredded or Vincent Davies of Touche Ross and the police did not want to see it. It appears that Councillor Rigg and council officer Nesbitt managed this swindle on the ratepayers. Both resigned. Their whereabouts are unknown. Nesbitt is believed to be playing golf at St Andrews. Davies, the so-called auditor, is said to have resigned.

The whereabouts of Nesbitt and Rigg are obviously known. The police might have arranged a safe house for them to save them from the anger of the citizenry. Davies would not resign. The three auditors use each others' services to cover four different councils thereby making it even more difficult to pin them down for ignoring offences committed by the four councils. We suspect that Touche Ross is a Masonic firm and is used by numerous councils when corruption has to be covered up. Davies was brought into Chiltern District Council when we started asking questions about compensation paid to chairman of the Amersham Bench, Roger Junior Higgs. Higgs decamped to Southampton. Davies said that his predecessor had already investigated whereas his predecessor probably resigned because he was likely to be exposed for the cover-up.

We have another long report along the same lines about the Kingsgate scandal - the building of a Waitrose superstore on municipally owned land. The report is by Ian Johnston (Phone 01442 866447).

John Lewis Partnership whose chairman is Stuart Hampson, a leading Mason, owns Waitrose. The Chief Executive of Dacorum B C, Keith Hunt, and Director of Planning, Colin Barnard, are also Masons. The leader of the council at the material time was Julian Taunton whose right hand man was Peter Ginger. They too are Masons. We are not surprised by any of this. Planning corruption is synonymous with Freemasonry.

Comment:- We are perturbed to find that more and more people are talking about taking up arms and not specifically against Jews. The Holocaust actually strengthened the Jews in that nobody dared criticise them no matter how outrageous their behaviour was. Mr Willmott will be surprised to hear that the Jews have been known to claim that Freemasonry is Jewish. We can go along with that.

CAN BRITAIN'S CRISIS OF VIOLENCE BE AVOIDED?

This is the heading of a leaflet sent by Eric Giles of New Democracy Action (see above). He goes onto explain that monetarism means exploiting society as a whole for the benefit of the few fat cats who care not for the consequences to the environment and the majority of the citizens. We have no wish to teach our grandmother how to suck eggs but Eric is telling us about the Bilderberg Council agenda followed by Windbag Blair and Nancy Brown. Note again the talk of violence by one of the most peaceable of men.

OLDHAM AND WARRINGTON MAGISTRATES COURTS

Jesus wept! It appears that the magistrates in these courts cannot distinguish between human bipeds and kangaroo thalidomide bipeds. Joan Craig (Phone 0161 284 2226) has been treated like dirt by Oldham and by Manchester District Registry where she called Judge Harrison a crook - out loud - right to his face. Joan is due before Manchester Crown Court on Monday 17 August at 10.30 a.m. (Joan, the date is 17 not 19). Geoffrey Scriven (Phone 0161 428 0764 Fax 0161 428 1159) is the kangaroo in Warrington. What a mess they have made of this one. The magistrates dare not allow their names to be disclosed. They have refused to state a case for the High Court because "there is no possible prospect of the case stated succeeding". Why the hell are they continuing with the case if there is no possibility of it succeeding? Even the court staff is disgusted at the antics of the Clerk to the Justices Swift and a clerk of the court Jones. It would appear that the only cure is to do as was done in Beaconsfield that suffered from the same Masonic problem. Close it down. Geoffrey Scriven is suing the Lord Chancellor, Lord Woolf and Lord Goff. This Warrington case is diverting his attention from the main case that is an attempt to expose the systemic corruption in the legal processes.

THE CAMPAIGN FOR A FAIR HEARING

We are no part of this organisation simply because any club that allows us membership is not a club we would wish to join. The CFAFH (address on page 1) is offering free of charge two leaflets entitled "How to Obtain the Benefits of Democracy & Law" and "How the Lord Chancellor & Court of Appeal are Violating Human Rights." CFAFH is also publishing an advert in The House Magazine and is still £350 short for the cost of publication. We will be posting our cheque for £20 payable to "A Fair Hearing". That leaves £330 for all you other mean layabouts to pay. There is also a plan to attend the Lib Dem conference at Brighton on 20-24 September where volunteers are required to hand out leaflets to the delegates. Day trips are envisaged. Alternately caravans will be required for longer stays. No room at an inn!

You would have to be rather selective in the cases in which I might be involved since it has long been my belief that, in general, the police (not to mention the security services, the Paratroop Regiment, the SAS, and the officers of the Guards regiments) are the biggest bunch of thieves, liars and sadistically psychopathic swine to be found outside of prison bars. There is not the slightest possibility that I would be prepared to vote "guilty" in any case which depended upon uncorroborated police evidence.
11. As a long term, left-wing trades unionist I have, in common with Charles Dickens, a very deep contempt for our courts. Lawyers, in common with doctors, have the best trades unions in the country. They rob the ordinary citizen of justice aided by the judiciary, while draining their financial resources. In my view the whole Augean stable of the legal system of this country needs to be dismantled, ranging from the biased and corrupt magistracy to the even more incestuous relationship between the upper level of lawyers, the judiciary and other top levels of the Establishment.
