MORE ON LORD DENNING AND BRIBES

When Lord Denning made his speech in 1978 he was Master of the Rolls and getting on in years. As a barrister and as he climbed the legal ladder he would experience the systemic corruption in the legal system. Denning took his opportunity to make a contribution towards cleaning up the system.

Firstly he said that absolute power corrupts absolutely and that the Prime Minister had absolute power. This means that when the Prime Minister is given proof of corruption and the corruption continues or no remedial action is taken the Prime Minister is corrupt. Geoffrey Scriven, Peter Prankerd, Gerald Adshead, Paul Talbot-Jenkins, Peter Hayward, Royston Leicester, others and we have provided the Prime Minister with proof of corruption. There is as yet no indication that the Prime Minister has taken action. He can always fall back on the Michael Howard excuse that he cannot be expected to know the details of cases handled by his officials.

Secondly Denning focussed on corrupt Lord Chancellors. No judge can be happy about the interference of the Lord Chancellor to influence judgements. Judges are secretly briefed by the Lord Chancellor. If they rebel their career can easily be blighted by the Lord Chancellor who is responsible to the Prime Minister. There is supposed to be a separation of the powers of the judiciary and the government. There is no separation. This explains why corruption is systemic within the legal system.

Thirdly Denning referred to the Poulson case. By doing so he was reminding his listeners and readers that a Home Secretary (Maudling) was involved in that piece of corruption. The Home Secretary controls the police. The police know of all allegations of corruption but rarely take action unless the Press or TV takes up a case. Where the police fail to take action the Home Secretary is culpable. He is responsible to the Prime Minister.

Fourthly, and this is speculative, a senior judge was interviewed by Stephen Knight (author of "The Brotherhood") at about the time Lord Denning made his speech. From memory we would say that the judge had been a Mason but was no longer a Mason. When asked if Masons would commit murder the judge effectively said, "Yes". At the time of publication of the book we decided that Lord Denning was the judge who had broken ranks.

This Labour government is truly the beggar on horseback riding straight to Hell. Now we have cash for honours and cash for jobs for the boys. We do not suggest that other Prime Ministers did not behave in the same manner. It just comes as a shock that brazen Blair has not made a better job of covering his tracks. Would it be proper to suggest that Blair and company know that they can do as they please because the Lord Chancellor, the Attorney General and the Home Secretary can guarantee them immunity from prosecution? (Straw/cannabis/Daily Mirror) Was it Nigel Lawson who said that Dennis Skinner was the only Labour MP he respected and did Alan Clark say, at the time of cash for questions, that Dennis Skinner would not accept even a biscuit? Dennis may not be Prime Minister material but he should be given Jack Cunningham's job. Jack's (£15,000 for office furniture) father was jailed for his part in the Poulson affair. Dennis would put an end to this sort of sleaze-slanted behaviour whether Blair or Prescott was involved. He is probably the most knowledgeable MP on matters related to Parliamentary procedure.

MOHAMED AL FAYED

Whenever anyone attracts the continuous abuse of the Establishment and the arse-licking media you can be sure that the person "is not one of us". Even after losing his son, Dodi, they were still trying to discredit Mr Al Fayed with claims about safe boxes being rifled following allegations made by a sacked former police officer. What was his most serious crime? He told a lie about his roots in Egypt. Who doesn't create an impressive background especially when trying to break into the UK Establishment? His other mistake was not to convert from Muslim to Jew. You can disregard the DTI report. Nobody believes the DTI whose dishonesty reaches into the offices of the Official Receiver. Richard Ingrams, no lover of the DTI, appears selective in his choice of DTI reports. A recent TV programme showed former Harrods security men playing stolen Harrods tapes and betraying company secrets. The two scoundrels should never be employed again by any reputable company. Mr Al Fayed should steer clear of former police officers and soldiers who are always likely to be nobbled by MI5/MI6.

Most of the recent vicious attacks on Mr Al Fayed have been related to his claim that Princess Diana was deliberately killed. With every day that passes more evidence is turning up to suggest that UK Security Services were involved in the deaths. A former MI6 officer has claimed that there was an MI6 officer employed at the Ritz Hotel in Paris. He also stated that MI6 had attempted to assassinate Serbian President Milosevic using a flash to stun the driver of the car. As usual (Arms for Iraq and Sierra Leone) the government denies the allegations. Since the MI6 officer left MI6 in 1965 it is claimed that he could not have known about the Diana/MI6 involvement. No! But there was nothing to stop him knowing that MI6 had placed agents in Mr Al Fayed's employment. Henri Paul had several bank accounts suggesting secret payments. Trevor Rees Jones' family had no idea that Mr Al Fayed employed him. Why on earth not? Because he was working for MI6? Seems likely. After all the UK government was out to get Mr Al Fayed. Then we had Rees Jones' loss of memory. Now we learn that Mr Al Fayed, who accuses him of dereliction of duty, no longer employs him. Rees Jones, we believe, now works in a shop. Is he less than pleased that MI6 was prepared to sacrifice him? Would he have been uninjured if the car had been travelling more slowly? He was the only one with a seat belt on? Why did it take so long to get Diana to a hospital that was not nearest to the scene of the "accident"? The fundamental basis for claiming that the accident resulted from Henri Paul's being drunk is discredited by the finding of a very high level of carbon monoxide in the blood. The examining magistrate, Herve Stephan, still has not found an explanation for this. The explanation is simple. It was not Henri Paul's blood sample and he was not excessively under the influence of alcohol. Even if he had been blind drunk that still would not rule out murder.

So - opinion of mine alone: Masons here in America - with the exception of those with cross affiliations to the aforementioned - seem to be a benign bunch of fun and fraternising fellows with no big axe to grind. They wear a trowel or ring and when a cop stops them, a wink - a handgrip and they get on their way! Small time stuff! Nevertheless unfair when it happens. $$$$

Comment:- John is confirming that USA policemen are, on the whole, Masons. Nothing new here! The same pollution occurs in UK, in Canada, in Italy, in France, in Germany and in South Africa - and probably in Russia, China and Iraq.

$$$$ Does Parliament represent us or rule us? A genuine democratic government would give the electorate the opportunity to study and debate proposed legislation so that MPs could listen to public argument and opinion. Keep in mind that if a wrongful, unfair or injurious act is passed, we cannot challenge it, thanks to intervention of an unelected Lord Chancellor.

Who is being served? Clearly not us. Hasty and oppressive legislation cannot eliminate terrorism but look what it can show about the nature of the government. Suzon Forscey-Moore. $$$$

Comment:- The Lord Chancellor may have no saving graces but the buck stops with the Prime Minister. Let us be fair to Blair. He has to work to the Bilderberg agenda if he is to remain in power. We can but pray that the lumpenproletariat sees the light and kicks him off his pedestal. The stage is being set for the next world war. Anyway who said that terrorism doesn't win. It was Irgun Zvei (?) that started terrorism in Jerusalem by blowing up the St David's Hotel. Ben Gurion had a song in his heart every time he saw a British soldier hanging in the Jerusalem orange groves. The terrorists were rewarded with their own state that is now known as Israel where state terrorism controls Jew and Arab alike.

There is nothing far-fetched about the creation of a World Government controlled by Bilderbergers.

CARRICK DISTRICT COUNCIL

There is news about litigation that has lasted 14 years and has cost this council in excess of £500,000. The litigant in the case was yet another victim of Attorney General Nicholas Lyell who gagged him with a Section 42 Order. As a result the litigant's wife, joint owner of a sea going vessel, had to seek Judicial Review. The lady was successful. We cannot publish further information until the litigant decides to use us again, carrot and stick fashion. We think that the Parliamentary Commissioner should consider Lyell's behaviour with a view to removing him from Parliament. The Section 42 Order should be rescinded and the police and the council sued for damages. Note that the litigant alleges that over 30 judges should be impeached and that the council has a record of corruption generated by Freemasonry.

EAST DEVON COUNCIL

We have a report that Mike Coughlin is a victim of this council but await details. From the many reports we receive we can see a desperate need for a task force to investigate almost every local authority in the land. Councillors and officials appear to think that their councils are their personal milch cows. Politics do not enter into this. Freemasonry invariably does.

ANOTHER POLICE FRAME-UP IN WEYMOUTH?

Barry Hunt of Weymouth appeared in the local magistrates' court and was able to obtain depositions or a transcript of the hearing. When he went to the Crown Court the prosecution witnesses changed their evidence but no transcript was available. We await details. Anyone know Barry's address?

What we have said is that recordings should be made at every hearing and a copy made available immediately to whoever is prepared to pay for it. Preferably there should be a video recording. Note that a video recording is not the same as a TV broadcast.

A HOMOSEXUAL GET TOGETHER OUTSIDE THE CABINET

Lord and Lady Guernsey are thinking of spreading a blanket of pig shit on their land at Packington Hall, Meriden with a view to discouraging its use by cruising homosexuals. The shirtlifters have been advertising the meeting place. These are the people who want to be treated like heterosexuals. We can understand their desire to get out in the open where the wind can carry away the smell of their lovemaking. The pig shit will probably heighten their pleasure. It is believed that Windbag Blair is sending up scouts to see if there is any cabinet material amongst the over perfumed bodies. Rock Hudson went through a form of marriage to keep up the pretence that he was normal. There are far too many limp wrists in the Labour Party and in the Lords.

Would the fact that Noye, the man accused of the road rage murder, was a Mason explain why he was able to evade capture for so long? Did police chief Condon's "significant minority" play a part?
