OVER-THE-TOP

We make no apology for being "over-the-top" with our wild and scurrilous allegations. Twenty years ago anyone who suggested that Freemasonry played a part in our daily lives was over-the-top. Anyone questioning the integrity of the police or the judiciary was not only over-the-top but also an anarchist who was attempting to destroy the state. "Over the top" today is "run of the mill" tomorrow.

INTERNET NEWS GROUPS

We have learned about a meeting of UK News Group control freaks. Two of those present have been trying to silence us and keep us off the News Groups. It appears that we are cutting into their profits. They take money from victims to put their stories on the Web. We do not charge and we reach a much wider readership off the Web. There were also solicitors present. They have tried to stop criticism of the legal system. Most sinister of all, the freaks kept some Internet users out of their meeting.

People who want to interfere with freedom of expression on the Internet are dangerous. If they don't like what is published they need not read it. Off the Internet we now find that the British Library is attempting to interfere with electronic mail. It has no statutory power to do so. The police too are in on the act. They want to compel Internet Service Providers to retain E-mail Messages for police use. We agree that every means should be used to catch criminals but not when people who criticise the Blair government are classified as criminals. At the meeting to find ways of making E-mails available there were representatives of the Association of Chief Police Officers, MI5 and British Telecom. Some time ago we were able to obtain from the BT Chairman's office the addresses of ex-directory subscribers by making a few Masonic signs. Note that Mercury and mobile phone providers were not present. There never has been any need to obtain a warrant to tap telephones. Post Office Telephones, the public service that was privatised to become BT, were monitoring indiscriminately in 1961.

5 COURT HEARINGS

NORMAN SCARTH (Phone/Fax 0113 262 0449) is due to appear in the Court of Appeal, Royal Courts, The Strand, London at 10 a.m. on Wednesday next, 21 October in causa Scarth v. Collier.

ALEXANDER BARON is due in the Inner London Crown Court at 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday next, 21 October, for an appeal against a magistrate's decision. The court is on Newington Causeway near Borough Underground station and ten minutes walk from London Bridge station.

GEOFFREY HAROLD SCRIVEN is due before a stipendiary magistrate at Chester Magistrates' Court to lodge a private prosecution on Thursday 29 October at 9.45 a.m. (As early as possible to ensure an empty public bench). The court is at the Law Courts, 32 Park Green, Macclesfield. Mr Scriven has an appeal due in the Crown Court, Legh Street, Warrington on Friday 20 November at 10.30 a.m. He also has a hearing related to judicial corruption on Thursday 12 November 1998 at 10 a.m. in the Royal Courts, Strand. For some reason he has been ordered by the Listing Clerk not to serve documents on any other party until directed to do so by the court.

DORSET'S BENT COPPERS

The Dorset Police Crime Prevention Panel has been issuing instructions on precautions to be taken when buying a car. Ensure that the vehicle documents are presented at the time of the purchase and that they are compatible with the different identification marks on the vehicle.

According to Mr Gerald Coulter (Phone/Fax 01923 262726) if a bent car dealer who is also a Mason acquires a stolen car the police will not impound the car and will allow the car to be "stolen" again from the bent car dealer. Mr Coulter had a legitimate grievance against police malpractice that has cost him around £70,000. Superintendent Nunn of the Complaints Department, Deputy Chief Constable Bro. May and Chief Constable Aldous ignored all representations from Mr Coulter and his lawyers when they sought to persuade the police to impound the stolen car because the car dealer, named Bro. Burke, had acquired the car without checking the documents (still in Mr Coulter's possession). As soon as the lawyers obtained a court order for the return of the vehicle to Mr Coulter, the car was "stolen" from Bro. Burke's yard.

The police initially put the car on the stolen register which is used by DVLC. Bro. Burke applied to the DVLC for vehicle registration documents. The police had removed the vehicle from the stolen register. DVLC, smelling a rat, contacted the legal owner, Mr Coulter, to confirm that the vehicle was no longer stolen. Mr Coulter 's solicitors obtained an injunction to prevent DVLC issuing documents. There are Masons in DVLC too. Note that the bent police went to great lengths to ensure that the bent car dealer got full value for the stolen vehicle. This is another case of police corruption that must be investigated. Who is to investigate it when the whole police complaints procedure is farcical? The ECHR has just issued a damning report against the Police Complaints Authority causing a newspaper headline "Bugging case forces reform of 'corrupt' police watchdog". What were Mr Coulter's solicitors thinking about? The wheels on the vehicle were valued at £5,000. It was a top-of-the range American Jeep. We would say that Mr Coulter's solicitors had their snouts in the same trough as the Masonic crooks. There was nothing to stop Mr Coulter obtaining the court order empowering a court bailiff to seize the car as soon as the order was made. Then there was the probability that court officials were also Masons giving Bro. Burke and the bent coppers advance information.

We would say that Mr Coulter has a case against the police for misconduct in public office and corruption and a claim for damages. Again we have the problem of Masonic coppers, solicitors, court officials and judges. Victims will be familiar with such procedures especially in the Manchester area. The buck stops with the Prime Minister.

DACORUM'S MASON/POLICE/OMBUDSMAN MAFIA

Last week we reported the Ombudsman/Dexion scandal. We are reliably informed that one resident was obliged to quit his home and leave the area. He is Mr Roy Finch of 19 Moorlands, West Hill, Ottery St Mary, Devon EX11 1UL (Tel. 01404 814645). Masons are nothing if not vindictive.

To better understand the Masonic corruption in Dacorum Borough Council it should be explained that Herts County Councillor Laidlaw-Dickson has been kipping up with Borough Councillor Coleman for a number of years. This copulation resulted in under the brush procreation. Cllr. Laidlaw-Dickson is Vice-Chairman of the Herts Police Authority and is the Labour Party's election agent for the local MP. Cllr. Coleman is a Unison representative and leader of Dacorum Borough Council. So we have two beggars on horseback not only screwing each other but apparently screwing the public. Rumour has it that they are negotiating with Tesco to have a stately home built by Tesco with an underground conveyor belt connecting it to the Tesco rip-off store. Vouchers and food parcels will be conveyed clandestinely to the stately home, to be known as "The Jarman Milch Cow", for the benefit of this pair and of Two-Bellies John Prescott.

Both councillors have been reported to the police and to Jerry "Pisspot" White (the Local Government Ombudsman) for wilful malpractice and for the crime of Misconduct in Public Office. The Pisspot has a direct line to the United Grand Lodge of England (Isle of Wight planning scandal). This week we deal with the current case of Charles Beresford, a businessman, of 191 Belswains Lane, Hemel Hempstead Herts. HP3 9XA. (Phone 01442 246987. Fax 01442 249999). Mr Beresford has been persecuted by council officers for many years.

Mr Beresford reported misconduct in public office, Fraud and criminal deception to Deputy Chief Constable Hughes who passed the complaints to Pisspot. The matter should have been dealt with by the police alone and not by Pisspot. Pisspot, as usual, found in favour of Dacorum. Mr Beresford wrote to Pisspot on 31 August complaining and asking questions about the whitewash. A Pisspot sidekick, named Steven, looked into the case again but left the patently corrupt whitewash in place. Steven asked Mr Beresford to telephone him if he had any more questions. When Mr Beresford telephoned Steven every day for two weeks Steven was not available. A few days ago Warwickshire Constabulary telephoned Mr Beresford and threatened him with prosecution for harassing the Pisspot. Clearly Pisspot has established links with Coventry police Masons.

We have had almost identical experiences with Pisspot and his predecessors F G Laws and E B C Osmotherley in condoning wilful malpractice and worse in Chiltern District Council. Surely these corrupt Ombudsmen are themselves guilty of misconduct in public office and worse. Osmotherley, who denies being a Mason, is now covering up Westminster City Council/Porter corruption. See earlier reports on Deloitte & Touche. £3.5 million has already been spent in attempts to trace Porter's hidden millions when all the information is available from a firm of Jewish solicitors. Now we have an intervention by William Roots who was Porter's Chief Financial Officer when she was selling the three cemeteries and doing her homes for votes job. Instead of being sacked with the rest of the gang he was promoted to Chief Executive. Roots is meeting Porter to discuss a deal. He has had to admit to an "informal" meeting already. It is incredible. Porter will be allowed to pay off the £27 million at £1 per week. Porter is part of the Cohen family that created Tescos. Did the expensive investigators find out whether Porter's Tesco shares had been transferred to a nominee? Did they try to find out anything? Tesco is among the companies with the strongest representation in Whitehall, with employees sitting on at least five bodies, including Rasputin Mandelson's Urban Task Force. Prescott has just forced Gerrards Coss to accept a new Tesco Superstore that will cause chaos and hardship throughout the area. The same will be happening all over the country. Porter took her loot to Israel and is now resident there. You will recall that Lord Neil of the Committee on Standards was going to represent Porter until he had his wings clipped. A complaint has also been lodged against City Solicitor C T Wilson with the Office of Supervision of Solicitors whose Director Ross is being considered for the post of DPP whose office has just been raided by the National Crime Squad. Blair and Irvine, using the Attorney General, tried to conceal the raid by injunction against the Daily Mail. The same AG tried to gag the Press over the Straw cannabis scandal and over his order to drop the fraud charges against judge Gee. We blame the socialist millionaires, Blair and Irvine.

In VOMIT 41/98 we published a letter from Mr Fisher, to Comninos of Deloitte & Touche, requesting a meeting to discuss the Dacorum accounts. Comninos replied on 9 October saying effectively that this Labour government that has promised to clean up local authority corruption has introduced the Audit Commission Act 1998 which came into force on 11 September 1998. The act effectively stops investigation of past council corruption and puts serious obstacles in the way of anyone alleging corruption during the current financial year. The beggars on horseback ride off into the sunset with full saddle-bags.

THE EUROPEAN UNION AND THE BILDERBERG COUNCIL

Firstly we are obliged by the Amsterdam Treaty to comply with Corpus Juris. This means that we lose Habeas Corpus and trial by jury. We can be arrested and held in prison for 9 months without evidence and without being charged. Now you see why the Cardinal wants to dispense with juries. Compliance!

Billions were squandered on the Common Agricultural Policy. Farmers were accused of making fraudulent claims while the probability is that the EU officials who were authorising the payments were receiving kickbacks. EU officials and MEPs are living the life of Riley on inflated expense accounts. Rover Cars, owned by the German BMW company, charge UK customers much more than Europeans in violation of EU regulations. Now they are to receive a £100 million subsidy from UK taxpayers. Millions of pounds have been squandered by the EU on Oversees Aid which has been misappropriated by officials in the needy countries. An EU official has been accused of fraud. Again there will be another explanation for that profligacy. Are we in fact buying the natural resources of the poorer countries for the Bilderberg Council and lining the pockets of Third World dictators?

We are spending millions trying to stop wars in Northern Ireland and in the Balkans because Bilderbergers see conflict as an obstacle to world control. We are investing abroad and taking over foreign companies while allowing our companies to be taken over by foreigners. This all part of the Bilderberg plan to create a homogenous mass of big business which transcends national boundaries and consolidates world domination by the Bilderberg Council.

Why does the Blair government do nothing about this? Why will no MP raise questions about the Bilderberg meeting, guarded by police marksmen, at Turnberry, Ayr, in May this year? Now look out for the dissolution of the Monarchy and the division of the UK into regions. No sovereignty means no sovereign. This government lines its pocket today with no thought of tomorrow. Parliament comprises mainly beggars on horseback riding to Hell.

THE ONE NATION ANTI MASON PARTY

In answer to your questions there is no charge for VOMIT and no charge for membership of the ONAM party. What happens later is a matter for party members. We don't believe in membership fees. The first aim is to have a compulsory register of all Masons to be followed by regulations that will exclude Masons from public office including the legal profession. Special skunk cells will be constructed for Masons in prison. Black prison officers will be delegated to kick the shit out of them. Keep smiling.
