A MAN AMONGST PYGMIES

We refer to Norman Scarth, the 73 year-old who was assaulted on the steps of the High Court after having been screwed once again by the pygmies in wigs. Norman succeeded in having the UK government declared guilty of a violation of human rights in that it allowed court hearings that excluded members of the public. Lord Woolf, Master of the Rolls, issued a directive that the public, wherever possible, should be present at court hearings even in chambers. It is also established in law that a party litigant will always be entitled to a Mackenzie Friend.

Norman attended Warrington Magistrates Court to act as Mackenzie Friend to Geoffrey Scriven. That was in connection with a police frame-up resulting no doubt from the fact that Mr Scriven was suing judges and other authorities. Another litigant in person took the view that Norman's exclusion had been an irrelevance. Here is what Norman wrote to her on 8 November 1998.

### Re. your fax this evening about a McKenzie Friend: Let no one in this land tell me that any shyster lawyer or crooked judge has the right to remove me from court. They may have the power. They certainly do not have the right!

You may have heard me say this before but it needs saying again. More than 50 years ago I risked my life to defend and preserve these courts. I served on Russian convoys through the Arctic Ocean. I played my part in the sinking of the German battleship Scharnhorst, causing hundreds of brave German sailors to perish in those icy waters. We helped to rescue a handful, still hearing voices calling for help from the blackness of the winter Arctic night as we steamed away leaving the owners of those voices to certain death. I helped to rescue and recover scores of our own brave young men maimed, dead and dying. I was fortunate to survive. They fought, as I did, in the belief that we were fighting for truth, justice and fair play.

I repeat, let NO ONE tell me that shyster lawyers and crooked judges have the RIGHT to remove me from the courts, which I risked my life to defend. Norman.###

Comment:- Let us state something that Norman does not say because he knows that there are people who will scream "Holocaust". There is a disproportionate numbers of Jews and Masons in the legal profession from lawyers to Law Lords. The people who owe their existence to people like Norman have battered this old man from pillar to post for years. Cardinal Irvine and Windbag Blair keep mum. They are more concerned with the rights of homosexuals than they are with the rule of law. A further irony is that America, the great defender of fascist Israel, derives its military superiority from the work of Nazi scientists.

MORE OF THE SAME BUT IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST

A judge hearing a case must rely only on the evidence and submissions presented by the parties at the hearing. He cannot pay attention to tittle-tattle from other judges or court officials.

Mr Scriven, as Plaintiff in an action against solicitors and counsel, attended a hearing in Manchester County Court before District Judge D E Freeman on 21 October. Manchester is a hotbed of corruption.

Mr Scriven recorded that Mrs Eva Adshead and Mr Nicholas Haralabidis would be present with him in court. This information was conveyed to the judge. Freeman opened the hearing by stating that "he had no time to hear anything". Freeman excluded Mr Scriven's Mackenzie Friend (Haralabidis) from the court.

The judge referred Mr Scriven's case to the High Court. Mr Scriven appealed to have Freeman's judgement set aside. Thereupon Freeman issued the following order and prejudicial memo with a fine disregard for the facts.

Order dated 28 October 1998. ### Pursuant to RoC 32, r.13 I direct that the Plaintiff's Summons to set aside my Order of 21/10/98 be referred to the Judge. ###

Memo dated 28 October 1998. ### Note for the Judge to be copied to the parties in relation to the Plaintiff's application to set aside my order of 21/10/98. As to the hearing on 21/10/98 the issue was whether the defendants' summons should be referred to the judge.

1. The Plaintiff was permitted a Mackenzie friend at the hearing who I believe is called Mrs Adshead.
2. The name of Mr N. Haralabidis was never mentioned during the hearing by me or any other person present. The Plaintiff asked for 2 Mackenzie friends to be present, and I permitted him only one. I was never aware of the second person whom he wished to be present.
3. As it happens I know Mr Haralabidis from his several appearances before me in chambers prior to his being declared a vexatious litigant, and he has never behaved other than entirely properly during chambers hearings.
4. It is correct and noted in the court file that the reason which I gave to the Plaintiff for allowing him only one Mackenzie friend is that I understand that some of the persons with whom the Plaintiff is associated in connection with proceedings in this Registry have previously behaved inappropriately during chambers hearings, although I have not myself experienced any such behaviour. ###

Comment:- 'O what a tangled web we weave, When first we practise to deceive'.

He is seeking not only to cover his tracks but also to influence the next hearing. He should have said nothing. His colleague would have covered for him. We understand that the Greater Manchester Police and the Metropolitan Police are jointly investigating the strange goings on in Manchester District Registry. Mr Haralabidis has been a victim of the malpractice. See previous issues of VOMIT. Having tried and failed to have him found mentally ill there was the incident when the recording machine was left running. The judge and the opposition solicitors were heard conspiring to stop Mr Haralabidis proceeding against Manchester Health Authorities by obtaining a vexatious litigant section 42 order.

As reported the Scriven case was referred to Mrs Justice Steele who, for the second time, declined to take a Scriven case. The case has been adjourned indefinitely. On 13 November Mr Scriven received a summons whereby the Attorney General is seeking a section 42 gagging order against Mr Scriven. That should let all the judges off the hook. Note how this Attorney General attempts to gag everyone who is exposing corruption amongst his own kind.

MANDELSON GETS HIS NUTS FROM BRASIL

At the cabinet meeting on Monday three of the pewfs, Mandelson, Smith and Brown, were discussing their weekends. B. "Why is Gordon not joining us?" S. "Oh it seems that his escort's boy friend has a phobia about Aids, the gay plague. Gordon is keeping a low profile". B. "You know, in a way, it is a gay plague. "My personal life is private but I can tell you that I have an air cushion inside my trousers and I have had all my bed linen and underwear dyed dark brown. Now I can sit without fidgeting at cabinet meetings and I no longer have complaints from the laundry."

LETTER FROM WINDBAG BLAIR

Comment: We believe that homosexuals have character defects engendered by public distaste for their sexual proclivities. They are truly unfit for public service if only because the public finds their behaviour unsavoury. It is extremely worrying that we have had at least four pewfs in Cabinet and that there may be more. It would be worrying if there were four deaf people in the cabinet because it would suggest that they were picked for their disability rather than for their ability. You must have noticed the petty squabbling amongst ministers. That is a symptom of pewfery.

HUNDREDS OF MASONS IN SHUL

### OVER 300 Jewish and non-Jewish freemasons, dressed in their regalia, attended a service of thanksgiving on Sunday in Southend and Westcliff Hebrew Congregation's (SWHC) Finchley Road shul.

It was organised by Derek Baum, a grand officer of the organisation and a former president of the synagogue.

It was the first time that such a service had been held in the history of the Masonic Grand Lodge of Essex, and only the second such service in a provincial synagogue; the first was held at Singers Hill Synagogue in Birmingham some five years ago.

Following an address by the SWHC minister, Rabbi Mendel Lew, the service was conducted by the Rev Michael Plaskow, chazan of London's Woodside Park Synagogue, a masonic grand officer, assisted by fellow mason, the Rev Leslie Hardman, emeritus minister of Hendon Synagogue, and Chazan Gary Newman, of the SWHC.

There were scriptural readings by the provincial grand master, Sir Neil Thorne, and the deputy provincial grand Master, Peter Neivens.

For the Rev Plaskow, the service recalled another association with the synagogue.

He is a relative of the congregation's third minister, Aaron Plaskow, and two of his cousins, Basil and Cyril Plaskow, were among the brethren in the synagogue.

Following the service, there was a tea in the synagogue hall, during which Rabbi Lew presented prayer-books to the visiting grand masters. ###

Comment:- The reporter is female. So the story was fed to her probably by one of the Plaskows. This is a recruitment drive to persuade Jews that Freemasonry is Kosher because even Rabbis are Masons. The advantages of being a Mason are well known but not so the disadvantages. In return for privileges before the law there is a loss of dignity, morality and freedom. The ordinary Mason becomes the foot soldier of Masons who are more equal than he is. Should he, in the normal course of events, be in dispute with authority or an elite Mason he will suffer even more than one of the "profane".

Rabbis are human. Some are the salt of the earth and some are the scum of the earth. A fortnight ago one of the world's most wanted robbers, rabbi Joseph Prushinowski, was arrested after 10 years on the run from police all over the world. We believe that any religious leader who is a Mason should be unfrocked. Interestingly we have never known a Catholic priest to be a Mason. There are good priests and evil priests.

Who is this deputy provincial grand master Peter Neivins? In 1985 Sir Kenneth Newman attempted to persuade metropolitan police officers to steer clear of Freemasonry. There was concern about the number of criminals who were rubbing shoulders with police officers at lodge meetings. Senior and former Met police officers cocked a snook at Sir Kenneth and formed the Lodge Manor St James. Neivins was an honorary member of that lodge. He was also one time Deputy Assistant Commissioner in charge of public information. Plus ca change plus c'est la meme chose.

THE SECRECY OF SOCIALISM

According to official figures there are a few cases of CJD arising from BSE. Professor Tony Manson, virologist at Cambridge university, states that there have been "a few cases where surgical implants have transmitted CJD". The problem is that the prions responsible for the disease cannot be removed from surgical instruments. There must be at least a double "few" cases of CJD. 1000 perhaps?

Police are carrying out an under cover surveillance on protesting farmers.

Windbag Blair is going to appoint Chris Patten, Toriest of Tories, a European Commissioner presumably to repay John Major for doing the same for that other windbag Kinnock. Will Patten's wife and family also get onto the gravy train as Kinnock's did?

Cock Robin Cook, the serial adulterer, has barred MI6 from giving evidence on the Sierra Leone scandal. Funny that. We thought that only Windbag Blair could gag MI6.

DIRTY DACORM, DIRTY SLOUGH AND DIRTY LABOUR

Two Slough Labour councillors blew the whistle on their bent colleagues. Labour H Q sent out its usual whitewash task force. It ordered the two decent councillors to attend a meeting for interrogation. Knowing what Labour was up to the two councillors resigned in disgust.

Labour is running scared in Dacorum borough council. A group of bent Labour councillors has had Bill Killen and Paul Hinson deselected. According to the "Dacorum Independent", Councillor Coleman is the leader of group, which decided to get rid of these two men. She has been kipping up with Laidlaw-Dickson the local MP's election agent. In connection with financial irregularities David Fisher has now written to Chief Executive Keith Hunt pointing out that Mr Reed has not replied to his letter within the required five days. As expected Brother Hunt has also declined to reply. Typical of the cowardly Masons!
