Ken Livingstone, MP, introduced a traffic management system to London that suited both business and citizenry. It should have been copied throughout the land. What stopped it? Thatcher stopped it. What is stopping the reintroduction? Blair and Prescott are stopping it. Why? Because the motor manufacturers and the oil companies would have to take a massive cut in their profits. How do we get round this? Should we use the money saved on our health bill and our distribution costs to compensate those greedy capitalists and politicians? Ken for Prime Minister!

The Windbag Blair will do nothing about the quality and price of food in the supermarkets or the exorbitant cost of drugs. Money talks to the beggars on horseback. Ken Livingstone cannot be bought.

MANDELSON MUST GO

Please read Punch, issue 68, which is on the bookshelves until 4 December. There must be a clean up of the Labour Party. Let us quote from Andrew Roberts in the Sunday Times on 22 November,

Our view, and we lived and suffered under Wilson's crooks, is that the Windbag's pewf Mafia is worse. There are still several government ministers who are concealing their pewfery.

BRIDGE BUILDING BETWEEN JEWS AND THE REST

Bridges are not built by the half page article in the Sunday Times about the Jew who was devastated because a German supervisor in a work camp had recorded that the Jew's father had died a natural death when in fact he had been gassed. This again constitutes trampling over the graves of the Jewish martyrs to deflect criticism of Jews. The Russians lost 21 million men, women and children fighting the enemies of the Jews. Had they not done so there would have been few Jews left in the world. Can we please have an end to the wailing about the Nazi persecution of Jews and make a fresh start?

Here is one suggestion that could lead to bridge building. Let the Board of Deputies of British Jews (BDBJ) form a commission of Jewish solicitors and counsel none of whom should be Masons. The commission will undertake to investigate complaints about miscarriages of justice particularly section 42 gagging orders initiated by the Attorney General. Every six months details of complaints and findings would be published in a booklet entitled "Who Says That All Jews Are Bad?" All Jews are not bad.

Personally, if I discovered that a brother mason was a "Fag" (I know...I know you use that term to describe a cigarette), I would have him brought up on charges for immoral acts. I am not sure why the behavior is being promoted globally. Perhaps it is a means to alleviate sexual tension without the possibility of pregnancy. It seems to me that a lot of the people that promote it believe that the earth is over populated. They can't stop sex, but I suppose this is the only way that they think that they can curtail population growth. Who knows...it's all a matter of conjecture anyway. ###

THE MASONS' SECRET WEAPON

Immediately we published VOMIT 47/98 on the Internet News Groups a psychologist medical practitioner was good enough to do a detailed pychological assessment of us, line by line. Roughly speaking he attributed our antagonisms to our latent perverted homosexuality. We were, according to him, afraid of anal sex. He also suggested that were urgently in need of treatment. We immediately thought of the most pleasant way of committing suicide. Instead of suicide we did a psychoanalysis of him. We pointed out that he had violated the ethics of his profession by divulging what should have been a confidential diagnosis. He could have harmed the patient by holding him up to ridicule and exacerbating his mental condition. Further we diagnosed that he was a pewf, a Mason and probably a Jew who had taken a good Scots name. Incidentally that is what Robert Maxwell did. We respect Maxwell and hope that he is enjoying the sunshine in Israel. The psychologist was upset by our diagnosis of his shirtlifting proclivity. He made the veiled threat that if he could obtain our name and address he would pay us a visit but not to "knock on our door". That is how it appeared to us and was in keeping with the many similar threats we have received. Labour Councillor, Robin Moss, of Bristol City Council posted our name and address presumably to enable the psychologist and Doctor of Philosophy to pay us a visit and sink his HIV teeth into us. OSSY OSBOURNE VICTIMISED BY CHILTERN DISTRICT COUNCIL

We cannot say whether the victimisation follows a refusal of Ossy to bribe the planners or because he no longer uses drugs. Ossy lives in Welders Lane, Jordans, Chalfont St Giles. It is an almost traffic free single-track country road. He erected 17 poles with lights in his estate. A councillor complained about the illumination and not about the poles. Someone like Ossy, living in an isolated area, requires illumination for security against criminals and fans. Yet Chiltern District Council authorised the construction of an industrial complex in a DAONB at Misbourne Farm. When the yard lights are switched on it is like a fairground and is only 100 yards from the main A413. The whole development was unlawful. The site was used for the importation and distribution of cocaine. There were millions of pounds involved and bribes did not present a problem. Ossy no longer uses drugs and is perhaps being punished for cutting into the profits of the local drug importers and planners.

We call again upon John Prescott and Michael Meacher to start paying attention to the anxieties of the public over planning rackets. We refer to Siblets Wood, Chalfont St Peter and to further corruption leading to the lack of planning control at Hill Farm, the Vache, Misbourne House and Misbourne Farm, Chalfont St Giles. We see the chief offender as Carol Castle, Assistant Chief Planning Officer, who collaborated at one time with the now disgraced CDC solicitor, Ruth Purton.

### Dodgy Dacorum is at it again.

(Letter encapsulated) Netherfield House with a leafy country lane access from the busy main road should have been made a Grade 2 Listed Building. In 1995 planning permission was given, against widespread local objections, for the replacement of Netherfield House with five new five-bedroom boxes purchased by the nouveau riche. Dirty Dacorum stated that a row of horse chestnut trees would receive a preservation order. Already planning permission has been given to "prune" some of the trees and the remainder will surely follow. Head of Dacorum Landscape Services, Ruth Chapman, swept aside objections on the grounds that the trees cannot be seen from the public highway and pruning would not affect the appearance of the trees. On another occasion the same lot of Dacorum trash recommended the pruning of a sycamore tree that did not exist. Be that as it may the developers made a substantial profit by further depleting our national heritage and ruining the environment at Berkhampsted.

The agents for the Netherfield developers were Aitchison, Rafferty & Buckland whose senior partner; Neil Aitchison is a leading local Mason. Masons too are dirty Dacorum's Chief Executive Keith Hunt and Director of Planning Colin Barnard. The planning applicants were Koster, Marshall & Clark. ###
