One wag quipped "Just like Labour backbenchers". We thought that BSE was a cow disease. Are sheep ruminants? Labour backbenchers are bovine. Times they are achanging. Monica Blair has thankfully lost his ever-present smile and authority after the blasting of Iraq. One day soon a Palestinian will walk into Tel Aviv, London or New York with a bottle of anthrax germs in his pocket. There is also a real risk that Monica and his family could be killed by terrorists.

TWO SOUTH AFRICAN JEWS

Repeatedly we hear litigants in person, like Geoffrey Scriven, Paul Talbot-Jenkins and Peter Prankerd, blaming the Jewish Mafia for their persecution in the courts. Lord Millett, another Law Lord and high-ranking Mason, to judge from his physiognomy, is also Jewish. If he is, at least 25% of our Law Lords are Jewish. Millett was the judge who adjudicated in a Lloyd's syndicate case when he rejected a claim by Royston Leicester's company against a syndicate in which Millett was a Name. Surely this was a worse case of conflicting interest than that of Lord Hoffmann.

Another of the Law Lords is Lord Clyde. We think we know him. In 1961 we quit employment with the Mobil Oil company for good reasons. Mobil decided to obtain an interim interdict (injunction) against us to prevent us disclosing company secrets. In their deposition they made a number of unfounded and scandalous allegations. Hugh Morton, a Labour Constituency chairman, later to become Lord Morton of Shuna, briefed counsel named Clyde to present the Mobil petition in the Court of Session. Clyde's intention was to have the case concealed from the Press. A Glasgow Herald court reporter, named George Watts, told us what happened. He said (nearly) "We saw that bastard Clyde hovering outside Walker's (Lord Walker) court. He kept looking through the window until Walker retired. He then rushed in and asked the Clerk of the Court for access to Walker in chambers. We knew that he was up to no good and went to the process office where we were able to find out details of the case. Because Clyde tried to avoid publicity we decided to give him both barrels". Both barrels destroyed our professional career. We should add that Lord Clyde (in 1961) was President of the Court of Session and Lord Justice General. If the present Lord Clyde was his son that would explain why Walker agreed to see him in chambers. Lord Clyde, the elder, was another crook. We recall how he adjudicated in a case involving Wemyss Estates while he was a trustee of Wemyss Estates.

Before any of you Jews start shouting Nazi and Holocaust we would assure them that we have not found Jewish judges or lawyers any worse than non Jews. The best lawyers we have had were Jewish.

BILDERBERG

Note that we do not know who planted the bomb but we are certain that the case against the Libyans does not hold water. The fact that the Scottish authorities are pushing for a trial in these circumstances is a sure indication that we are going to have another Dunblane distortion of the evidence.

Money is the root of all evil. It is about time that we found out the source of Robinson's wealth if only to be fair to Robinson. Rumour has it that he captivated a rich Belgian heiress who died and left him all her wealth. More sinister rumours suggest that his wealth came from the offshore manipulation of Robert Maxwell's ill-gotten funds using the Belgian heiress on a reciprocal basis. We know that Robinson courted The Windbag by providing him with holiday accommodation in Tuscany and that he made a significant contribution to Gordon Brown's benefit. What about the other large sums of money that are being sloshed around? Did Robinson have anything to do with the massive profit The Windbag collected when he sold his Islington home? Or did Bernie Ecclestone make that possible? What about Alistair Darling's near £0.5 million bid for a house in Morningside, Edinburgh? Did Robinson lend him money on the same terms? Why does The Windbag favour the Seychelles for his Christmas vacation during the wet season? The Seychelles is a haven for money laundering to such an extent that the World Bank is worried about the destabilisation of world currencies. Should The Windbag be giving the Seychelles a veneer of respectability? What about all the visits to Cyprus by Labour MPs including Betty Boothroyd, the speaker in the Commons? Who made the gift of the Jaguar car to John Prescott? What about Two Bellies' holidays in Cyprus and his intimate connections with Greek property tycoons in London? What is Blair doing in South Africa on his way home from the Seychelles? Why should the taxpayers have to meet the £30,000 cost of installing six bunks if a VC10 for The Windbag and his family including his mother-in-law who is allegedly his foreign policy adviser. This Prime Minister is taking the piss. The beggars on horseback! When will the lumpenproletariat wake up? We repeat that this government is the most dishonest since that of Harold Wilson. Nobody ever pointed a finger at Clement Attlee, the Mason Jew! Herbert Morrison, the oily pewf's grandfather, said that Attlee was chosen as leader of the party because Attlee was a Mason and Morrison wasn't.

STINKING DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL

You have read of the chairman of the council, Julia Coleman, an officer of Unison, whom the Action Group wants to have prosecuted for misconduct in public office. She has just received a writ from Ralph Thornberry, a Mason who is on the verge of bankruptcy. It appears that three Masonic lodges are at each other's throats. They are Radlett, King Henry and Dacorum Lodges. Our informant relies upon Mr Thornberry for his information. We would advise him to exercise caution. Never believe a Mason.

We have a report on Dacorum councillors' visits to the Mount Prison at Bovingdon where they imbibed freely in the prison officers club. The black governor appears to have antagonised the Masons. The story will have to wait. The governor is now serving a 7 year prison sentence after serving two years while the police informant who entrapped him is sought by the police for a £10 million fraud. We do not know why the police cannot find the informer but we can guess why.

A MASONIC VICTIM

The story continues of Councillor Maurice Kellett, 16A the Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear DH5 0HT <justice@jiwalu.demon.co.uk>. In 1986 Maurice crossed swords with British Coal Estates Department. North Eastern Co-operative employed him when he uncovered a Masonic connection between the Chief Executive Norris and the closing of co-op shops in the area. Following a meeting with Norris, Maurice was made redundant. He has been victimised ever since. Last week we reported how he was and his family were victims of criminal offences and how magistrates, police and solicitors took him for a ride. There follows his third report.

Maurice's long report deals with the usual pattern of planning corruption. We propose to omit most of the detail and name the people involved.

British Coal leased a building near Maurice's home to Vardy Vans whose principal David Vardy, a lay preacher, has a connection with Billy Graham, the American evangelist. The use of the building constituted a violation of the lease and of planning regulations and was environmentally harmful. When Maurice complained two planning officers, Gill and Self, from Sunderland Civic Centre attempted to silence Maurice by intimidation. Chief Executive J Key and solicitor C Langley, both of Sunderland council, interviewed Maurice about the officers' behaviour. FARCE!

Vardy Vans purchased the Coal Board property and immediately sold it on to F Trainor who operated a removal company. Maurice complained. A newspaper took up the case. The police cautioned F Trainor for having threatened Maurice.

After resisting for a year the local planning authority in Sunderland agreed that the premises had never had planning permission. The Clerk of the Council James Rose had lied to Maurice about planning permission. Rose was then seriously ill in hospital and retired from the council.

There had never been any planning permission for the property but Sunderland Council, following the usual corrupt practice, granted Trainor established use. The Masons at British Coal had allowed the property to be used in defiance of the terms of the lease. Sunderland Council had failed to issue Enforcement Notices and then agreed that there was established use in the belief that Maurice would not be aware that there could not be established use. Maurice obtained evidence that there was no established use and engaged solicitors Slater, Smith and Sherwood Smith & Co of Hetton-le-Spring. How naïve can you get? Another rogue applied for a Vehicle Operators Licence for the same property following which there was a public enquiry at Durham County Court. Maurice collected his documents from Sherwood Smith for presentation at the enquiry. He was surprised to find that a sworn statement that there was no established use was missing from his file. Sherwood Smith informed Maurice that he knew nothing about the document and then wrote to Maurice warning him of the consequences of slander. Maurice's witnesses failed to turn up at the enquiry. The local secretary of the Law Society informed Maurice that Sherwood Smith should not have taken his instruction because the senior partner Charles Slater was also leader of Sunderland City Council. Slater was a member of King David Masonic Lodge, which is located in Jarrow-upon-Tyne.

Next week we hope to tell you of how Maurice established the identity of some of the Masons at Sunderland City Council and how a campaign was waged against him by an employee of the Benefits Agency and by the courts.
