SODOMITES AND HUMAN RIGHTS

Ron Davies' human rights have been violated. Ron was on a humanitarian mission on Clapham Common. He was offering money to the underprivileged Afrocaribs while at the same time relieving the repressed emotions of the recipients of his largesse. The fact that Ron was to get some colonic irrigation is not an issue. One of his colleagues in the Cabinet would have paid Ron for dropping his trousers. As we all know Ron was robbed at knife point. The culprits were identified but our brand new Director of Public Prosecutions decided that there was insufficient evidence to secure a conviction. In fact there was sufficient evidence even if Ron told a few fibs. The police obtained a video of one of the robbers using Ron's credit card. That was sufficient evidence. It may be that the windbag Blair felt that the sooner Ron's case was buried the better for New Labour but Ron's human rights were violated.

As previously reported it was Deputy Commissioner John Stevens who reported Ron's misfortune to the Windbag and in doing so brought tragedy to Ron, his wife and family. We question whether Stevens had any right to report the matter to Windbag and we also question his motives. Surely Ron's human rights were again violated. The criminals go Scot-free while Ron suffers punishment. The Windbag should now find out whether Stevens is a Mason and make sure that he does not take over from Sir Paul Condon as Commissioner. We certainly would not give him a reference. Both Stevens and the DPP may be liable to prosecution for misconduct in public office and both should face a claim by Ron for damages.

Are you Labour MPs paying attention? You will be cast aside like old socks if Blair or Irvine feel that their incompetence is going to be exposed.

SILK TIGHTS AND HUMAN RIGHTS

The fundamental flaw in our legal system results from the political control of the judiciary and the fact that there is no effective way of dealing with corrupt judges. Whoever heard of an honest politician? Why are judges, ordinary men and women who develop their skills as solicitors and counsel, seen as incorruptible? The whole art of advocacy comprises distortion and lies. In the Middle Ages we had "Strawmen" in the Strand who used to bind straw round their legs. They were professional witnesses, identified by the straw, who gave the testimony demanded by counsel. Things are much the same today. Straw is still an indication of dishonesty as we see from the behaviour of the Met Police who are answerable to the Home Secretary.

What is the solution? The first step must be to get rid of the offices of Lord Chancellor and Attorney General and change the way in which judges are appointed and held accountable.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION

This pewf government is dropping the Freedom of Information Act from its agenda but has ensconced an agenda to censor the Internet. Income Tax cannot be raised on account of the Labour manifesto but other promises are broken without a cheep from any of the political parties.

THE BENT MASON COPPERS OF DORSET

Peter Harvey (same surname) is Clerk to the Dorset Police Authority and Chief Executive of Dorset County Council. You may remember how he effectively negated the democratic process by having the maximum age of councillors serving in the police committee reduced. This got rid of a lady councillor, widow of a Mason, who objected to Deputy Chief Constable May using Masonic words to secure his appointment. Are the two crooks related?

Gerald Coulter reports that Dirk Aldous, Chief Constable, is to give a lecture at Bournmouth University on Tuesday 19 January 1999 at 7 p.m. His theme is "My Way". Well Frank Sinatra was definitely involved in organised crime. Become a Third Degree Mason and you will be guaranteed a First Class Degree at the University. It is no bad thing that Aldous is retiring soon provided May, the Mason, does not succeed him.

Your report in Thursday's edition, "US Car giant 'helped Nazi war machine'" - filed, ostensibly, as further startling revelations from German archives, does you an injustice. The funding of the Nazis by Henry Ford has been a matter of public record since Ford himself commissioned the scurrilous "International Jew" articles in his newspaper the "Dearborn Independent" in the early twenties, and a storm of controversy ensued when in August 1938, Ford received the Grand Cross of the German Eagle on his 75th birthday

from Hitler's US representative.

Although not himself an anti-Semite or a Nazi, Ford, an ascetic and at times gullible individual, developed an obsession with the International Jewish Conspiracy which lasted until his death.

Hitler is believed to have plagiarised parts of the Ford-commissioned tracts for his magnum opus, "Mein Kampf". Ford was one of the earliest, perhaps the earliest, foreign backer, of Adolf Hitler, long before the Nazis took power, and the subsequent involvement of American multi-nationals in building the Nazi war

machine for more prosaic reasons has been well documented by many scholars, including Professor Antony C. Sutton in his "Wall Street" series.

The experience has been repeated many times since, most notably with Iraq, as documented in the 1992 book "THE DEATH LOBBY How the West Armed Iraq", by Kenneth R. Timmerman. The Ford/General Motors story may be many things, but one thing it most certainly is not, is news.

A MASONIC VICTIM

### I was made redundant by the N.E. Coop in 1986 and was having problems with the British Coal Estates Department. This resulted in my being assaulted and deliberately run down by a car. The man responsible was a former employee of British Coal. PC Bailey arrived. The British Coal man admitted the assault. Bailey arrested both of us. At Houghton-le-Spring, Tyne-Wear police station PC Bailey ignored the admission of assault. The police denied me treatment for my injuries, which were serious. At Houghton-le-Spring Magistrates Court I refused to be bound over. My solicitor told me that it had been agreed to drop the matter. Back in court there were two magistrates. One, William Moseley of Hetton Road, Houghton-le-Spring was acquainted with my assailant and me. I had previously got him work for his garage. My assailant and Mosely are regular attendees at Hetton-le-Hole Masonic Hall. The case against both parties was withdrawn in spite of my protest as reported in the Press. Mr. Moseley told me that although he had remained on the bench he had stood himself down and that the decision was that of the other magistrate. On the advice of the police I wrote to the Clerk to the Justices, Mr Bavidge, complaining that, according to the police, the second magistrate could not take the case because he was not a stipendiary magistrate with power to act alone. After a long delay and telephone calls to him, Bavidge informed me that he could not check the other magistrate's status because he was on holiday. The police stated that Bavidge would know whether the second magistrate was a stipendiary or not and that they knew of no stipendiary magistrate in the North East. My complaint to the Prime Minster was dealt with by J J Death of the Lord Chancellor's department who said that since my complaint could be construed as mischievous I would not be given the information that I had requested about the second magistrate. ###

DUNBLANE MASONIC PAEDOPHILES (2)

The following letter is copied from Scotland On Sunday, page 16, 30 August 1998, Sandra Uttley of Dunblane.

### It was good of C Martin McGibbon (grand secretary of the grand lodge of Scotland) to write in your paper confirming that Dunblane killer Thomas Hamilton was never a member of his organisation. (Letter 23 August). However, William Burns (16 August) is correct in stating that many people are flabbergasted that the Cullen Enquiry seemed to ignore Hamilton's Masonic affiliation. It is a question that has never been addressed, which is why the issue of Freemasonry cannot be disregarded. …….

According to the Scotsman (22 March 1996), a senior Scottish freemason told the paper that Hamilton had been a Mason for a number of years and had visited functions at different lodges. Given the evidence we now have about the number of senior police officers who are themselves Freemasons, the link between Masons and Hamilton's actions , both prior to March 1996, and on the day, must be examined if we are ever to find "satisfactory answer to the question why" that William Paul (Spectrum 9 August) believes we will never know.

Whether Hamilton was a mason or ex-Freemason (thus presumably anti-mason), the lack of exploration of this issue and the total unaccountability of central Scotland Police (bar one resignation) leaves a festering wound over the already massive scar of Dunblane.

To simply describe Hamilton as a "warped human being" doesn't do justice to the complexity of an individual's relationship with certain organisations, be it police, local government or a Masonic lodge.

The pernicious influence of freemasonry on all our public bodies - and potentially on the new Scottish parliament - is ignored at our peril. ###

Comment. See Vomit 49/98. Hamilton was a Mason from 1997 - Garrow Hill Lodge 1417. Martin McGibbon is clearly as honest as his English counterpart, Commander Higham, was. Note also that (Vomit 49/98) Glenn Harrison reported child abuse and bullying at Queen Victoria School, Dunblane in 1991. The Central Scotland police smashed his door down with a sledgehammer and arrested him. The usual Masonic terror practice. Mr Harrison was subsequently completely ignored by the Ombudsman, the Scottish Office, the police, the European Court and every other authority he contacted. How typical! Challenge Freemasonry and you are a non-person. Had the police acted properly the Dunblane massacre would not have occurred. The Masons have more blood on their hands than General Pinochet.
