Mr Scriven (Fax 0161 428 1159 Phone 0161 428 0764) is due in Stockport County Court on Tuesday 11 April 2000 at 10 a.m.. When he intimated, by recorded delivery and by fax, an appeal against the bankruptcy order graciously awarded by Judge Russell, he was told that his remedy was an application for annulment. A court officer drafted the application for annulment and Mr Scriven signed it under duress. His annulment application must succeed because he has already paid the amount claimed as an interim measure pending his appeal. Something strange here. We will not be surprised if Mr Scriven's opponents, the Law Society, represented by solicitors Wright Son and Pepper (Fax 0171 831 74540, fail to appear and the judge grants the annulment and refuses to hear the appeal.

Mr Ebert (Fax 0181 455 5165) was refused his appeal by a judge named Kennedy who is well known to victims. Mr Ebert, backed by Malcolm Glynn who is an expert on fraud, argued that he had been a victim of fraud and perjury. Lord Denning stated that "fraud unravels everything" but in this day and age, if you are opposed to the Midland Bank or any other bank, fraud and perjury on behalf of the banks is kosher. Mr Ebert is Jewish.

Mr Glynn provided the Ebert dossier for Detective Chief Inspector Timothy Harvey of the Metropolitan Police Fraud Squad. Harvey immediately decided that there were no grounds for an investigation. Mr Glynn pointed out that Harvey could not have read the dossier in the time available. A Commander at Scotland Yard has now been persuaded to investigate. If only Scotland Yard would succeed in having a judge convicted and imprisoned the perverts of the judiciary would understand better that the Masonic oath is in conflict with their judicial oath. That is treason! Harvey is the detective who is investigating allegations made by Geoffrey Scriven, Malcolm Glynn, Gerald James, Brian Hudson and others.

We do not associate with criminals. Our view is that Charlie Kray should not have been prosecuted for dealing in cocaine. When we talk of our prison experiences we base these on our 2 years spent in Armley Prison, Leeds, on remand. Yes! On remand! We were eventually acquitted unanimously by a jury within minutes of the end of a week long trial at Wakefield Quarter Sessions. At that time we did not even suspect Freemasonry.

Elderly male prisoners suffer strokes in prison on account of the quality of the food and lack of exercise. That may have happened to Charlie Kray but we have been warning for months that Charlie's life was at risk. Doctors or even medical orderlies can easily induce strokes and heart attacks. We have stated that Charlie's life was at risk because he, his two bodyguards and ourself could have confirmed that the adjacent drug site had a licence to import and distribute cocaine. In these publications we have repeatedly accused local authorities and police forces of being corrupt. Usually there follow police frame-ups but the standard line of the authorities is to hint at the sinister records of their accusers. Frequently they accuse people of being liars, vexatious, paranoid, seditious or mentally defective. We have been accused of terrorism because we have stated that we understand why the IRA resorted to violence. We do not approve of violence.

Justices of the Peace, magistrates, council officials and police officers are the foremost scandalmongers. They are linked by Freemasonry. There are honest councillors and policemen. We appeal to them to stand up and be counted in Cheshire, Manchester, Edinburgh, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Derbyshire, Northumbria, Durham, Grampians and probably in every local government area in the country.

For years we have admired this man for being even handed about the Irish civil war and for his stance against Freemasonry. His critics were seriously hostile to him and claimed that his sole interest was money. We sent numerous reports to him as Chairman of the Home Affairs Committee. There was no response from him. Now he has sent us a postcard advising us to stop sending VOMIT to his constituency office and to contact our MP. She is Cheryl Gillan who is married to a 75-year-old man. It would be unfair to burden her with the cares of another 75-year-old man. We do not approve of Mrs Gillan who, unlike her predecessor Lord Gilmour, has not even been neutral. She said that, when she returned to her constituency, she would deal with our complaint about the police raids last August. She did not contact us again. Misprision of felony! Ian Gilmour had class. She is a poseuse. All mouth and no action.

Note that Mullins is following the Labour censorship line. You would be astonished at how many different authorities have been used to censor anything critical of the Blair mob. Incidentally we do not believe that the Demon Internet libel case was a genuine case.

The latest information is that a skinhead has been seen loitering near our property at 2145 hours on 6 April. (JD)

Last week my visitors told me that two well known Masons have built two bungalows 1000 yards from my place. I have had some offers for my land. The Masons are behind these. At Frankland Prison there were at least 32 Masons. Here at Garth there are 14 known Masons. Council solicitor Michael Dunston is a Mason.

The Home Office is refusing to downgrade me to category C even after 9 years in prison. Are they frightened lest I am released in 2 years and tell my story? I believe that they want me to die in jail. A Dryden ***

Comment:- The above report is not corroborated but it does offer an explanation for the attempt by Collinson, the Chief Planning Officer, to ruin Mr Dryden by advising him on how to go about building a home for himself and his elderly mother. Mr Dryden used his redundancy payment as a steelworker to buy the land and materials. He laboured for many hours. Collinson tricked him and was going to leave him penniless and thereby force him to sell his land at the usual Masonic price.

Note that Albert Dryden has all the time in the world to write long letters but is considerate enough to be brief and to the point. His one hope was the Criminal Cases Review Commission, which is dominated by a Royal Arch Mason, Sir Frederick Crawford. Both Albert Dryden and Barry Hunt (Phone/Fax 01305 777348 at 48 St David's Road, WEYMOUTH, Dorset DT4 9LP)) have been betrayed by the CCRC. Mr Hunt was victim of Dorset police frame-ups and a corrupt Crown Prosecution Service. The Masons rule in Dorset. Malcolm Glynn. the fraud expert, who assists Mr Ebert, was the man who uncovered the insensitive and sinister appointment of Crawford. If a convicted person points an accusing finger at the authorities he hasn't a hope in Hell of having his case referred back to the Court of Appeal.

We quoted Dr Adoko's reference to misprision of felony and how Lord Denning stated that the offence had been known for 700 years but not always as misprision of felony. Gerald Coulter's (Fax 01923 262726) legal team now claim that the offence of misprision of felony no longer exists . Offences are now arrestable or non-arrestable. We don't understand this. What offences are arrestable and non-arrestable? His solicitors now say that it was a judge acting on his or her own who issued the interim costs order against Mr Coulter. His solicitors refuse to seek judicial review but have been persuaded at last to appeal. We do not understand that either. We should be enabling Dr Adoko to comment on such problems. We understand that a People's Court is being set up on the Internet. There could be more victims in the legal profession who might be prepared to participate in a cyber court scheme.

Cocaine is followed in money terms by oil and then armaments. On page 1 we explained that cocaine was being distributed from Misbourne Farm, Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire. The principal operator at the drug site is now Hellmann International Forwarders; a German owned company operating behind H Hearn & Son which bizarrely emblazons on its vehicles "Working in partnership with Hellmann Parcel Systems (a non-existent company)".

The drug site was closed down after the General Election in May 1997. For one year the police harassment ceased. In mid 1998 the harassment commenced again when H Hearn & Son became the nominal owners of the site. In August 1998 Suzon Forscey-Moore of the Campaign for A Fair Hearing wrote to Chief Constable Pollard of Thames Valley Police complaining about our harassment and the possible use of the site for drugs. We are in no way affiliated to CFAFH. Pollard ignored Mrs Forscey-Moore. We have received the same treatment from Pollard whose officers have harassed us for 10 years. The most serious recent harassment occurred in August last year. The police who claimed support from Mr John Hearn put out several false statements. At one stage we were said to have threatened a policeman with death causing the rapid response of someone who was clearly a police marksman. The police were accused of harassing a 74 year-old pensioner in a front-page article in the local paper. We never talk to the police because they invariably lie. In view of the publicity they had to explain in writing why within five days there were calls by two policemen on Wednesday and the six policemen and one policewoman at 8.30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. In fairness to the policemen we have to say that the decision seemed to be made by the government. (Straw, Prescott, Blair and Meacher) Norman Scarth (Leeds), Maurice Kellett (Northumbria) and Peter Prankerd of St Mawes (Devon) were at that time subjected to the same unlawful and life threatening behaviour by the police.

On Thursday night late (6 April) a passing motorist reported to our neighbour that a "skinhead" had crossed the A413 to his premises. We believe that the "skinhead" was going to the drug site, that he was picked up again during the night and that he has recently been knocking on our door and windows between 2 and 4 a.m. The drug site has traffic, often fast-moving, between 5.40 a.m. and 8 p.m.

We have run out of space. Will someone please obtain for us a list of the names and addresses of members of Pollard's Police Authority? The clerk to the authority (Springthorpe Fax 01865 846626) is shielding Pollard and Alcraft. Kellett, Scarth and Prankerd too have not been able to have their complaints considered.
